Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive - im Herzen von Destin gelegen! Beach Retreat ist eine private Wohnanlage, die sich ideal für einen Familienurlaub eignet. Das Beach Retreat wurde 2003 gegründet und hat nur 4 Stockwerke mit 44 Wohneinheiten und einem praktischen Parkplatz. Aufzüge und Treppen befinden sich an beiden Enden des Komplexes.

Es ist ein großartiger Ort für Familien, um alleine oder mit Freunden zu teilen. Es bietet einen Urlaub mit allem Komfort und allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause! Die Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, der Wasserpark, Restaurants und die Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt! Das Beach Retreat befindet sich an der 'Strandstraße', über die Sie den wunderschönen Ozean genießen können, während Sie mit Ihrem Haustier spazieren gehen oder Fahrrad fahren.

Beach Retreat bietet ein Clubhaus für alle Versammlungen. Es ist mit TVs, Spieltischen und einer Küche ausgestattet. Ein Fitnessraum steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist beheizt und 3000 Quadratfuß mit einem Whirlpool an der Seite. Die Toiletten befinden sich im Poolbereich. Wir bieten 2 kostenlose Liegestühle und 1 Sonnenschirm.

Das Beach Retreat Nr. 410 ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft für Haustiere, die renoviert wurde und die höchste Qualität an Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Hier finden Sie alle Extras, die Sie normalerweise in einer Mieteinheit nicht finden würden! Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten aus Edelstahl sowie schönen Corian-Arbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Wir haben erstklassige Kochutensilien bereitgestellt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein 46-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-LCD-Fernseher. Die 2 Kingsize-Schlafzimmer verfügen über 40-Zoll-HD-LCD-Fernseher. Eine Bose-Stereoanlage und iPod-Docks befinden sich im gesamten Gerät. Für Ihre Unterhaltung haben wir eine Sammlung von DVDs und ein X Box 360-Spielsystem für die Gäste. Der Balkon ist ein großartiger Ort, um den Morgen zu beginnen! Es gibt nichts Entspannenderes, als den Meerblick zu genießen, während Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee trinken!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett bietet einen Panoramablick auf das Meer und Zugang zum Balkon! Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Gartenwanne, einem Doppelwaschtisch, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem an der Wand montierten Flachbild-TV und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. Unser drittes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eingebauten Doppelbett, einem an der Wand montierten Flachbildfernseher und einem Schminktisch ausgestattet. Es gibt eine zusätzliche Königin Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer!

Terrific location and very comfortable

The unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was clean and I appreciated that it was heated. There was adequate space to walk a pet. You can't beat the location and view!

Wonderful Week Away

We always do a family trip week away around Thanksgiving and this was a perfect getaway. The property is well maintained and the manager is excellent. She made sure we were setting in and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. The condo is extremely clean and the kitchen has great equipment. We made a few large meals and had everything we needed to cook with. We just had to do the grocery shopping. The location is perfect , away from the crazy congested roads and close to popular food places along the coastline. I will definitely book a stay here again. Thank you for everything!

A beautiful, well kept, and well managed condo by a responsive and kind host. Unobstructed views, plenty of space and pet friendly destination! Great view!

The condo has a great view of the gulf. Everything is a short ride. We were there off season but the few people we did meet at the complex were friendly. The beds were comfy. That important. The kitchen was fine. The coffee maker brews a full pot and K-cups. Groceries were delivered, what more do you need!

My daughter and I, plus her furry baby, had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was everything we expected and more. It was very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! We had to communicate with the owner a couple times and she was very quick to respond. Don’t hesitate to book this condo for your stay at the beach!

Always a great time

Beach Retreat welcomed us again with beautiful accommodations and gorgeous views of the ocean. 410 has all the necessities and more. A fully equipped kitchen, LG laundry facilities, and household items made our vacation a home away from home!

Great Spring Break Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was gorgeous, clear, well-located and decorated to the nines. Having a view of the beach was a great perk. Pleasing to the eyes and very therapeutic. Amenities were top-notch. Some we unfortunately did not have time to take advantage of such as the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Beach access was nice. TVs and Bose system were definite bonuses. Lots of kitchenware was available. Appliances were up-to-date. Our doggie was well-accommodated. The beds were comfortable. Brooke was responsive and easy to get a hold of. However, after I had mentioned that one bar of soap was in the master bath but not in the guest bath, she had said she would provide an extra one but did not follow through. Minor details that were missing but not dealbreakers were shampoo/conditioner, facial tissue, extra toilet paper were not provided. It was a bit difficult to clearly find the place at first. Water pressure in the showers were a tad on the low side. Some of the towels provided had brown stains on the edges. A lightbulb was out in the master bath and the door to the walk-in closet was off the hinges. Despite these issues, we all had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again when we are in the area.

Outstanding Property

The property is in a great location. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the water from the balcony. The beach is easily accessible across the street. The interior of the property is well kept with new appliances. Very spacious for our family of 5 and dog. Our stay could have been improved with clearer instructions about the exact unit# upon arrival. Some of the towels were dirty, however, there were enough extras for everyone. We also did not find the beach chairs and umbrella advertised.

Overlooking Beauty

The condo is beautiful, and the view is absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the storage is sufficient. The only minor issue was the floor was not clean. I just mopped with water and it took care of the issue.

We had 5 adults and 3 teens and a wonderful vacation. Access to the beach and/ or pool was easy.

The only negative I have is that the water pressure in the master shower is awful. It could just need a new shower head. Other than that it was perfect for us. We hope to come back.

Beach Retreat 410, did not disappoint. It was exactly like the pictures that were posted. Loved the size of the rooms and the balcony was big enough for my whole family to sit out on. The swimming pool area was beautiful.

Best Destin Trip Ever!

My family and I have been traveling to Destin for years and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed at. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean, spacious, beautiful, and in the perfect location. The beach and the pool were never crowded and so easy to access. The parking was great and easily accommodated large vehicles. My favorite part of the whole condo was the balcony. It was huge and private and we spent most of our mornings and evenings there. The building must be well insulated because we never heard any of our neighbors or their pets. There are several restaurants within walking distance and even a couple of stores. We had an amazing time and I absolutely plan to book this condo again.

We are a family from Kentucky that has always loved the Beach and to get away together. We were looking for a place that our furbabies would be welcome as well. This is our first condo that we bought in Destin. We loved Beach Retreat so much that we have since bought four other condos at Beach Retreat (110, 210, 204 & 308). We love renting out the condos and getting to know people from so many places! It is always so great to know that other people get to visit our home away from home!

Our first trip to Destin was in 2005. We fell in love with Beach Retreat because my entire family has dogs and we wanted to be able to take them to a place where they felt welcome and other people could bring their pets as well. We know how important furbabies are! We also love how the beach and pool is never overcrowded because there are only 44 condos in the complex.
