Das geschmackvoll renovierte Wohnanlage ist ein wahres Zuhause in der Ferne. Es enthält alle Haushaltsgegenstände werden Sie mehr brauchen. Die Lage am Meer können Sie einschlafen und aufwachen, um den Klang der Wellen. Man kann ein Bild des Sonnenaufgangs, ohne aus dem Bett zu nehmen.

Es ist wirklich eine erstklassige Lage auf der Insel, da man den ganzen Urlaub ohne Bolongo Bay verbringen. Bolongo hat drei der beliebtesten Restaurants auf St. Thomas: Lobster Grill, Iggies und Mims. Lobster Grill bietet Live-Musik und ein romantisches Ambiente, Iggies hat alles, was Sie können Tag und Karaoke-Abende essen und Mims (ein Familienbetrieb und authentische karibische Fischrestaurant) serviert mit Abstand die beste Hummer auf der Insel. Bolongo Bay verfügt über einen eigenen Tauchclub, der eine breite Palette von Dienstleistungen bietet, zum Beispiel: Tauchausbildung / Ausflüge, Schnorchelausflüge und -ausrüstung. Zusätzlich am Strand, Sie Jet-Ski und Ausflüge finden. Darüber hinaus gibt es 2 Tennisplatz, 3 Pools, ein Beachvolleyballfeld und eine kleine Höhle für Ausflüge an der östlichen Spitze der Bucht.

Es gibt auch ein kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel trägt den Namen des Bay, Bolongo Bay and Beach Resort. Es ist für hosintg aufwendigen Hochzeiten am Strand und planen Katamaranfahrten bekannt (Boot mit dem Namen: Heavenly Tage; auf Bolongo Bay angedockt).

Tranquility

We loved the island. Our rental property could have used a couple more blankets and pillows. It also needs a can opener. The view and weather were amazing. Driving was crazy fun. The snorkeling was gorgeous.

Great place with ocean view!

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It had all the amenities we needed and a beautiful ocean view. There is a beach nearby within 3-4 minute walk. We didn’t use it much as we preferred to go to Sapphire beach. The place was perfect for a quiet family vacation.

Beautiful location

The location and the view are perfect .The condo could use some updating . Water temps for showering was sporadic. I did contact the owner and they tried to resolve the problem. It was a little better but still I think they needed a new water heater. The owner was very good and communicated back to me that he had contacted maintenance. The unit needs a better housekeeping crew. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location - details though

PRO's:- Great location. Far enough from airport, yet close enough to areas we wanted to see. - Unit was clean, extra's were nice (towels, linens). - Ductless AC was really nice to have in each bedroom as well as main area. Slept 4 comfortably. - Description was accurate. - Communication with host was great. CON's:- GPS address not provided. Had to find complex using local restaurant address. Phoned host to get building number and unit number. Host stayed on phone until we arrived at unit and were able to get in. Very friendly and accommodating.- Handle for sliding door broken. Phoned host and door was fixed. Nice job by host.- Both siding doors (from kitchen and MBR to outside deck) nearly impossible to move - now I understand the broken handle. Only got worse as the week went on. Took all we had to open/close doors.- Shower door for main bath would not close due to poor fit, so door had to remain partially open.- Shower controls exceptionally sensitive - nearly impossible to adjust without being too hot/cold - esp in 2nd BR.- WiFi password provided, but documentation did not include name of network. Network name was not intuitive to unit we were in. Had to 'guess' which network to access.- Dresser missing drawer pull - found in another drawer. Made it hard to open drawers. - Folder with restaurants / attractions outdated - some from 2010. Prices inaccurate.- Better work with the details above would have made for an even better experience.

Had a great time!

We stayed from Saturday to Thursday and had a great time. The property was clean and had all the items/amenities listed. Everything was great and it gave all of us time to relax with no worries.

Great stay at Watergate

very nice property for family of four. New updates to rooms and appliances and patio furniture made it quite comfortable with great views, would stay here again in future hopefully soon! Quick walk to Bolongo Beach resort for dinner and Mims restaurant steps away, enjoyed both and location to Red Hook for ferry nearby

Amazing Property for Family Vacation

The property and location are amazing. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel like you have your own tropical paradise but close enough to everything you need. Property is well equipped and the owners are very nice and communicative. This was the first trip for my kids off the "mainland' and they fell in love, many thanks to the property. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back.

We had a great time at the condo. Very comfortable and had all our needs met. The owners were very prompt in responding to e-mails and calls. My wife liked the convenience of having a washer/dryer, great views from the lanai.

Beautiful view!

Place was lovely with great views of the bay from the balcony. 4 stars only because the hot water was intermittent and we ended up taking cold showers. Contacted the management company and were told they had no one on the weekend.

Absolutely Perfect

It was great to be back to St Thomas. Our 2nd time staying at Estate Bolongo. Family of 4 spent 15 days in Steven and Lillian's condo and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Owners have wonderful communication, friendly neighbors, and conveniently located next to Mims restaurant. Quick drive to Redhook, our favorite hangout, and a few minutes more to Lindquist Beach, our favorite beach on the island. Couldn't have been happier and look forward to returning next year!

Great Views

Steven’s unit as well sited right above the water's edge, with fantastic vistas across Bolongo Bay eastward. There are wonderful views from floor to ceiling sliders in both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely and stylishly remodeled, and the kitchen was well appointed with tasteful dishware and silverware. For us “old folks” there are only 6 steps from the parking lot and this, as well as a view out of the bedroom were the most important factors for us. Most importantly, Steven is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

Paradise Jam week

We booked this condo for our family. We came in for the Paradise Jam basketball tournament and it was a great place to stay. The views were great and the proximity to the Bolongo Bay resort was great for eating at Iggies. Also Mims was a great restaurant in the next building down. We were a short drive from some really nice beaches to visit on the island and also the ferry to St Johns. The condo was well stocked and the place was very clean. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family staying on the island.

Spacious condo!

This was a great place to stay. I appreciated the extra things like a discreet clothesline for drying swimsuits and included beach towels/fold out chairs. The 3 accessible pools were very nice and not crowded. Not the property but as info for visitors- Bolongo Bay was very windy/rough (maybe not all the time?) and rocky and so was not good for swimming. We went to other beaches to swim/snorkel but the view is great and having walk-to restaurants is very nice. Property was quiet and felt very secure/safe.

Perfect spot for our St Thomas adventures.

Our family of 6 were very pleased with our stay at this property in Bolongo Bay. First of all the location was great! Quick access to both Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. The property itself was big enough for the six of us and we enjoyed hearing the waves out of the sliding glass doors and sitting on the deck. There were two restaurants close by that we enjoyed as well, Mim’s and Iggy’s. Both had good food but we found Iggy’s to be priced a little more reasonable. All in all everything was great at this property and we would definitely consider it again on our next trip to St Thomas.

Loved our stay

We chose this property due to ease of access for our 91 year old grandfather. He was able to enjoy the apartment, the layout was perfect. Friendly upstairs neighbor made us feel welcome. We were close to everything and loved coming home to enjoy the views from the balcony. Just as pictured on listing. Now that we have family on the island this will be our new home away from home when visiting them.

Balongo Bay condo

Thanks Steven! Your condo was a perfect getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great views of gorgeous sunrises! I always rent a car but Balongo has everything you need if you dont. We did a day trip with Nate at 340-244-2497 located at Red Hook, we highly recommend him for any island hopping! Your beds are so comfy--and that makes all the difference!...Again, your condo is fabulous and we will be back soon!

Everything was great, except housekeeping had not come(crunbs on table, towels on floor, beds sheets not changed out) and we checked in at 5pm. Owner was quickly contacted and housekeeping arrived while we were at dinner.

We are from New York and feel that our winters have been getting colder, or perhaps we are getting older and more cold intolerant. We found a true second home here on St.Thomas and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We like ourselves and our guests to be as comfortable as possible. So our place is fully renovated with a brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and furniture. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We first came to St. Thomas aboard the Infinity Cruise line. Magens Bay on St. Thomas seemed to be the most memorable beach of the entire trip. We subsequently returned to vacation on the island itself and found beaches far more spectacular than Magens Bay. Our family always seems to forget the camera when we go for vacation, but not when we are on St Thomas.
