It has the design and interior finishes of a five-star hotel and a location that is in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Guests have access to heated pools, hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness center, 24/7 security. While this unit is part of a hotel, it is managed and owned by an individual family. But, just like hotel guests, you will enjoy all of the benefits of MGM Grand. A short walk to the MGM convention center or strip monorail, a quick Lyft/Uber anywhere on The Strip, in-suite viewing of Formula One Racing and a 10-minute drive to the Harry Reid International Airport.
This spacious 550 sqft 1 bedroom studio unit features a king bed and a sofa that opens to a comfortable queen bed making this property ideal for individuals, couples, or a group up to 4 people. It has a well-appointed kitchen (with microwave and electric cooktop) that is stocked with top quality pots/pans, cooking spray, dishes, and glasses. Eat at the cozy dining area while enjoying the views of the strip from a high-level floor. The bathroom has two sinks, a private toilet area, spacious walk in shower and jacuzzi jetted whirlpool tub.

Registration / Check-in
Registration/Check-in is available after 3pm. The registration desk is open 24/7. If you arrive early, the valet area can store your luggage so you can get on with having fun. If you arrive late, don’t worry - the registration desk in Tower 2 is always open. MGM Signature Hotel requires that the guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in with a valid government ID, credit/debit card which matches the name on their ID and a $100 per day up to $300 refundable security deposit. It will be released back to you after check out. The Host is not responsible for MGM Signature Hotel security deposits.
Check Out
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11am. If you need some extra time, please contact your host to see if this can be arranged. Luggage storage is available just outside the front door in the valet area on the right.
Housekeeping Services
This unit is individually owned and operated by your Host, Kristin. The unit has been professionally cleaned by a third-party company that has years of hotel housekeeping experience. They want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The cleaning fee is their cost (not marked up). Signature hotel staff does not provide any housekeeping services. Your cleaning fee covers cleaning after checkout ONLY. Mid-stay towel replenish service is available for $25. Please contact your host to arrange. DO NOT CALL THE SIGNATURE FRONT DESK. They cannot help with housekeeping. Our third-party housekeeping staff is on property daily.
Non-Smoking
This hotel and all of the units are non-smoking, non-vaping units. If the housekeeping staff finds that a guest was smoking/vaping in the unit, a fumigation fee of $500 will be charged to the card on file. Please be considerate of others and keep this a hypoallergenic unit.
The entire property, The Signature at MGM, is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor or outdoor space on property.

* Cleanings before check in and after check out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand. Please contact host for details.

#DIFFERENT FROM A HOTEL#
Although the room is located in a hotel, it is a privately managed condo and does NOT include any hotel services not described on the listing. Contact your HOST for assistance, DO NOT CALL THE SIGNATURE FRONT DESK.
#MISSING ITEM LIABILITY#
Items belonging to the room should be kept separate from items belonging to the hotel. Please do NOT remove any items (towels, linens, blender, coffee maker, glasses/dishes, etc) from the room. Complimentary Pool towels and Fitness towels are provided in the pool and fitness area respectively. They should be dropped in their appropriate receptacles and not brought to the hotel room. Do NOT leave the room's towels at the pool or anywhere outside the room. Do NOT give the room's glasses/dishes to Hotel Room Service or leave them anywhere outside the room. These items belong to the host, and they will go missing if you give them to the hotel.
