The space
This home is two stories with a private back deck and back yard.
The cute kitchen has new granite countertops and comes with all the kitchen essentials for your stay.
Bathrooms have new showers, new granite vanity counters, and bath essentials are also provided.
The living room has a big 65" Smart TV for movie night, two comfy couches and high-speed internet.
The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed and 55" Smart TV. Ensuite master bathroom has walk-in shower, garden-tub, and double-vanities.
The three other guest rooms and the second full bathroom are upstairs; two of the guest rooms have queen beds, and one room has two single beds.
Comfy memory foam mattresses provided in all bedrooms.
One Pack and Play, and one high chair are also provided in the home for your little one.
One queen air mattress and extra sheets/blankets/pillows are also provided for extra guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas except the garage.
Other things to note
All pets must be added to your reservation, pet fee does apply (see policies and rules), no unauthorized pets allowed.
Neighbors on both sides have dogs, so we ask that guests never leave their pets outside unattended in the back yard so as to avoid damage to the fences or injury to the pets.
Maintenance staff for lawncare and pest control may be on property from time-to-time.
