The Space:
Start your mornings welcoming the sunrise from the waterfront patio. A typical day can begin with a nature walk. Exploring the properties indigenous landscape and panoramic waterfront. Pack up a picnic and spend a few hours over at the dock. Friends and family can fish, crab and kayak. The little ones can wade in the water and play on the private beach.
Late afternoon head back to the house and enjoy your favorite beverage on the screened in porch.
The homes wide open floor plan is perfect for friends and family to gather. A large well stocked kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. The adults can relax in one of the 2 great rooms while the kids escape to play board games or a puzzle in their own kid friendly space. Maybe a family ping pong tournament is on the schedule? At dusk head over to "Fire pit Island" and don't forget the smores! After a fun filled day the 6 guest rooms, 3 with en suite bath are a true retreat.
The primary bedroom offers a sitting area and a remote working space if needed.
Minutes from St Michaels museums, shops and restaurants "The Farm" offers the best of everything.
Please note that we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels to start your vacation. We recommend bringing additional supplies for your personal use.

Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.
We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.
Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
