Aubreeze of Summer! New Private Pool Private Beach Golf Cart Miramar Beach

Your stay at "Aubreeze of Summer" will be one to remember! Be the first to take a plunge in our new custom private pool! Located in Caribe, a private gated Gulf front community in Miramar Beach. Caribe has it's own deeded private beach on the Gulf of Mexico, complimentary beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella, two community pools with outdoor showers, a tennis and pickle ball court, and beautiful Caribbean architecture and gardens. We have a 6 seat golf cart making it ease to take the kids, toys and coolers to the beach and if you want to pool hop to the two community pool areas. We have an in ground private pool at our home as well! You and your family will make wonderful memories here year after year. Come for the local attractions but return again and again for the beautiful décor, comfortable beds and attention to detail you won't find elsewhere. Please, note that there is construction currently going on next door.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with 3 parking spaces for your party in our long driveway. The main living space features an open concept floorplan with plenty of seating around our fireplace and large Smart TV. The kitchen caters to serious chefs, complete with vast quartz counters, Viking gas range, Subzero refrigerator, two sinks, and ample cabinet space. The dining room seats 6 comfortably plus there are 3 additional seats at the bar. There is plenty of outdoor space to congregate in as well, relax on the front porch and visit with neighboring strollers, grill and dine out back, or enjoy coffee or cocktails on the large 2nd floor deck.

Retire to any of our comfortable bedrooms. All of our bedrooms feature generous closet space and Smart TV's. The two master suites, one on the 1st floor the other on the 2nd floor, both have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 2nd floor master has it's own coffee and wine bar, plus a large balcony. The king guest bedroom shares a full size bathroom with our custom built twin over twin bunkroom. Each twin bed in the custom bunk has it's own private Smart TV, a light to read by and an outlet to charge your phone or laptop. We also have a full size washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

There is a Pack n Play and a High chair in our home for families with little ones. If you plan on using the Pack n Play as a crib, please bring your own sheets.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
