Escape to Beary Relaxing, a brand-new built home, that can sleep up to 8 people.

The beautiful flooring throughout the home offers a warm and inviting ambiance, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your home-cooked meals. There are two living areas, each with comfortable seating with televisions to enjoy, and a dining area that can seat up to eight guests, perfect for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Have the use of a washer and dryer in the home so no need to go to the laundry mat or leave with dirty clothes from your trip!

On the main living level, you'll find a queen bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom, while upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other perfect for kids, with a twin bed with trundle and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk and a twin top bunk.

Outside, the back deck provides the perfect spot to grill and take in the serene surroundings.

The owners have graciously left a launch pass for Glendale Docks to be able to go out on Lake Winnipesaukee and enjoy the Lake!

Gunstock Ski Area is just minutes away, and Ellacoya State Park is perfect for swimming, grilling, and playing in Lake Winnipesaukee. You can also take a hike at some great nearby spots to take in those amazing views of the Lakes.

This is a non smoking home This home will allow for 1 dog under 25 lbs. to stay.
