In rare instances, a previous guest may have factory reset the modem. In this case, you will need to use the factory given network name and password printed on the side of the modem itself. PLEASE DO NOT FACTORY RESET THE MODEM
IMPORTANT - TRASH SERVICE - Trash is picked up on THURSDAYs. Please taek trash to the road on Wednesday afternoon or first thing Thursday morning (before 7am). Once picked up, please bring back to its location by the house.

Simple House Rules
No Smoking in House. Please smoke outside and properly dispose fo butts. Evidence of smoking inside may result in forfeture of security deposit.
1 car per bedroom limit. Only park on driveway. No street parking or parking on grass.
We Love Pets! Please clean up after pets, inside and outside.
If you have a pet, please leave the protective covers on the furniture.
TVs - The TVs are Roku TVs. Your own username and password will need to be used for the app you would like to use.
Pet fee is a one time fee. . We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet. If you did not pay the fee at time of booking, please let us know so we can properly account for the pet fee.
Check Out Instructions
Very important - We only request to please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels. This helps in expediting cleaning of the property and can accomodate an early check in when the home is ready for the next guest.
DO NOT wash bed linens. We take the linens offsite for washing.
Please start the dishwasher when checking
Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer and 68 for the winter when leaving. It might be a few hours or a few days before the next guest arrives.
If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and they may easily overlook an issue.
Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on the dresser in the bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid a potential lost remote fee.
Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiment and other common items.
If you have any questions during your stay, we encourage you to use the messaging feature within the platform you booked. If you need to reach us by our cell, we encourage you to TEXT us first since we stay very active on our phones with our property management company. Please group text when sending a message.
