This gorgeous, newly renovated 6-bedroom, 5 full bath, lake-front home is highly sought after and perfect for a family vacation! Located south of 30A and close to the beach with no heavy traffic to cross, this beach home offers amazing Eastern Dune Lake views. The whole family will enjoy the large backyard with private dock, fire pit, grill, paddle boards, kayaks, and multiple seating areas. You can even paddle board or kayak directly to the beach and Gulf! Upon pulling into the secluded and treed neighborhood, your group will find ample parking and a charming, newly-renovated exterior with views straight to the water. Once you enter the bright and airy foyer you can access two ground-level luxurious primary en suite bedrooms with views of the water and direct access to the patio and outdoor seating. Both primary en suites have king size beds! In addition, the first floor houses the bunk room with two custom built bunks sleeping 6 total, with hallway bathroom and tub. Bunks are a twin over twin and full over full. This floor also has easy access to the laundry room with two washers and dryers and an extra fridge with ice.

On the second level, you will find the open-concept living, dinning and kitchen with floor to ceiling views of the water and access to the large deck and screened in area. Perfect for your morning coffee or entertaining in the evening. This level has the third primary bedroom, a king size bed with and en suite and two additional king-sized bedrooms and shared hall bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with streaming TVs.  

This home is just a short distance from the popular Old Florida Fish House Restaurant and Beachy Bean Coffeehouse. Enjoy the many bike paths on one of the 6 bikes. This property also includes Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and umbrellas for long lazy days at one of the 3 beach access points in close walking distance. At the end of the day rinse off the sand with the newly installed outdoor shower and cozy up next to the fire pit to take in a sunset over Eastern lake!

This home will provide your group with an amazing vacation, and you will be telling everyone we need to spend “All Our Summers” here!

Beautiful setting!

Very clear communication, easy checkin, spotlessly clean, well furnished, high-end appliances, ample sleeping space, open-concept living/dining/kitchen, and enough bathrooms for all! But what made this place really special were the supplied beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, the best golf cart I've ever driven, and the setting on a secluded arm of North Lake. I enjoyed the paddling almost as much as the beach! The only negatives I can think of: the white upholstery in the living room made us a bit nervous, and the supplied water craft need significant maintenance (we brought our own, so no big deal there). Our overall family consensus: the best beach vacation ever!

Best of Both Worlds

We loved the idea of having direct Lake access and close proximity to the beach. We utilized the neighborhood beach access at the end of San Roy road so kids were able to go back and forth between Eastern Lake and the beach. We used the provided beach chairs (10) and umbrellas (6+) for our trip. Having the option of the golf cart, kayaks and bikes was super convenient. The house was thoughtfully decorated with amenities for the guest in mind. The extra refrigerator and 2 sets of washer/dryers was such a luxury to have with multiple families. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and it was nice to have two additional suites with bathrooms downstairs to keep an eye on them. We would have no reservations about staying at this location again.

There were no major things. The only negative would be dishwasher did not usually work and some of the refrigerator drawers were quirky. It was a super nice place.

So disappointed in Seagrove Beach

We have been coming to Seagrove Beach for 35 years. This will be our last visit.The house was very nice; however, the beach was a fifteen minute walk—one-half mile—away. There were only about 10 parking spots for ALL of the vehicles in the area. We actually got a $100 parking ticket for double parking our golf cart because two tires were on the edge of the sidewalk, so BE WARNED. The absolute WORST thing was that we were only allowed to sit in about a 25 yard area. This area was for EVERYONE in the community. All of the rest of the beach was private which was NOT advertised in the listing. We were constantly told to move. It would have been nice to know about the new, exclusive Walton County laws before we booked our trip. So sad this beach has turned into such a privatized, exclusive area.

Hidden Gem

We almost don’t want to share how good this place was because it feels like a hidden gem! It was the best of both worlds being on the lake and being able to walk or kayak to the ocean. The house was wonderfully set up for our three families to share. We each felt like we had our own space to retreat to and the common room upstairs, in addition to the top deck, was plenty adequate for our large group as well. The laundry was nice to use (two washers and two dryers!). The 6 bikes were used daily, and the golf cart was very convenient for trips to the beach, restaurants, or shops. There are no pantry staples in the kitchen so keep that in mind, although they have every sort of appliance you can think of! (various types of coffee makers, crockpots, griddles, etc). We would love to come back!

We could not have picked a better place

I've always loved this almost hidden part of 30A which is why I picked it for my group of 12--lots of friends who went to Rice and turn 70 this year. We came from Anchorage to England, Florida, Texas, and Nebraska. I knew it would be good but this magnificent house turned good into great. The location was the best.... buried in the neighborhood, on a canal, close to the beach. The rental offers a 6 person golf cart, 6 bikes, backpack beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. It is walkable to restaurants and massages. It is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and had seating for all of us when it was time to eat. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the upper deck for sitting in the sun and the lower deck for getting out of the sun. We spent our last night by the firepit. It was glorious. Many thanks to our hosts for making this a memory we will all cherish. So if you have a special family/friend get together coming up, rent this place. You will be glad you did.

Fabulous Family Fun!

Our large family had an amazing week at this property! The beach was easily accessible with the bikes and golf cart that were included and the paddleboards and kayaks were so much fun! The property had 12 backpack chairs and umbrellas which were easy to transport down to the beach and many beach games to keep everyone busy. We had a great time and hope to visit again!
