4 bed/4 bath - Sleeps 10 in beds in bedrooms. Can accommodate more than 10 guests if their is/are infant(s) using crib or small children are sharing bed with parents. Please inquire about additional guests when booking.
Linens included for all stays. (One bath towel and wash cloth per guest, hand towels in all bathrooms and kitchen, and all beds are made up and ready for you.)
We also provide one roll of Charmin toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of Bounty paper towels in kitchen, 10 tide pods, dawn dishwashing liquid, and foaming anti-bacterial hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen.

GOLF CARTS - After you have booked your stay, inquire with us about including our Custom 6 seat limo golf cart and/or custom 4 seat golf carts for your stay. We will not guarantee use of our golf carts until we speak directly with the primary guest, review conditions of use, validate that any operators will be age 25+ WITH a valid drivers license, and a golf cart waiver is reviewed and signed. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

2nd story deck serves 2 ocean facing king bedrooms and has amazing views of the ocean. Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining, loungers and additional seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower, grill, picnic table, rocking chairs, and covered parking for 3 cars.

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.
Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.
Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc.
Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
