Beeindruckend! - Panoramablick - Direkt am Meer

Unsere Wohnung ist direkt am Meer, nicht mit Meerblick, und es hat einen Panoramablick auf das Meer und den breiten Sandstrand. Es befindet sich in der Admirals Row, einer der dem Strand am nächsten gelegenen Villen auf Hilton Head Island. Man kann auf unserem Balkon sitzen und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer am Morgen, den Strand und die Delfine am Tag beobachten und die fantastischen Meeresgeräusche am Tag und in der Nacht hören.
Es ist eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und
zwei Etagenbetten für Jugendliche und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Wir haben zwei brandneue Flachbildfernseher. Einer ist im Schlafzimmer und einer ist im vorderen Raum. Es gibt auch einen DVD- und CD-Player im vorderen Raum. Wir haben kostenlosen Internet-Service. Unsere Einheit ist behindertengerecht mit Rampe und Aufzug. Es gibt auch 24-Stunden-Sicherheit mit einem Sicherheitstor.
Das Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort verfügt über viele Vorzüge: zwei Swimmingpools (der größte auf der Insel), zehn beleuchtete Tennisplätze, ein Fitnesscenter, einen Fahrradverleih vor Ort, einen Picknickplatz mit Grills sowie einen Kinderspielplatz mit Basketballplatz. eine Sportbar mit Restaurant, eine Poolbar mit Grill und ein Gemischtwarenladen.
Die Insel bietet so viel: Über 170 Restaurants, 26 Golfplätze (36 Plätze in der Nähe), großartige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mehr als 500 Fachgeschäfte). Man kann Tiefseefischen, Kajakfahren, Segeln, Windsurfen, Wandern, Radfahren, Museen, Tierbeobachtungen, Delphinkreuzfahrten.

Perfect Cozy Beachfront Stay with Great Host

The condo was small but perfect for our needs. It might be a bit tight for a family of four, but still doable. We loved the beautiful ocean view - steps to the beach. watching the sunrise, and our early morning beach walks were a highlight. Joe was very attentive, sent helpful information ahead of time, and was easy to reach if needed. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and having an elevator in the building was a nice bonus.

Perfect for a small family

AR202 HH Beach & Tennis resort

Communication with Joe was excellent and the condo was perfect. I was by myself, so the small size of these units don't bother me; they're just right! Everything was as listed and clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't try the sofa pullout bed. The balcony was very nice with a great view. The 2nd floor is a nice compromise between a pretty good view of the beach and not having to climb more than 2 flights of stairs!! The elevator is so close that you'll be tempted to use it every time. You won't ever hear the elevator when inside the suite. The kitchen was well equipped. I am glad I brought my own vegetable steamer basket, there was none to be found, but perhaps I missed it. I also brought my own bottle opener, but on the last day I found the one and only bottle opener, it was around the corner from the kitchen, on a wall. There should be one in a kitchen drawer- on the handle of the corkscrew for example. I also wish I would have brought a small wooden or bamboo cutting board as there was only a glass one. I cooked all my own meals, so I can't comment on the local restaurants. Overall I have to give AR202 five out of five stars. Thanks Joe for the great vacation!! Weather was absolutely amazing...I've never had such great weather for a vacation. Wow! I hope to return some day!

Location, Location, Location!

This 1 bedroom villa is closest to the ocean as you can get! The balcony is perfect for early morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying a meal. The ocean waves are rolling in directly in front of you with no obstructions. The owner keeps the villa stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. He also stays in contact to make sure there are no problems and that you have everything you need. We have stayed here many times over and are always pleased.

Peaceful with great view

Joe is a great host and the condo is right on the ocean and has an incredible view. Everything is compact but very efficient and usable. This is our fifth time staying with Joe and we plan it again next year.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island at Admiral's Row 202. The unit was perfect for us and contained just about everything you can imagine! Joe was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our trip, making sure that we had everything we needed. The location is excellent--right on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, both on the resort complex and off.

Ocean Front View

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed the condo, the pool and the beach all week long. A plus was the elevator was located close to the room. We are looking forward to go back next year.

Wonderful beachfront room

We have absolutely zero complaints about the room and the property. The host is also very friendly. The room is perfect size for my family of 3. It has everything you need for a beach vacation and the room is so clean. Its not a huge space but it has plenty of room in the living that you don't feel cramped. All the furniture is comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony is awesome and the very short walk to the beach is awesome. This is our second year staying in the room and after finding this room last year, we didn't even shop around other places. We just booked it once we knew our vacation dates.

Coxy oceanview condo

Great condo close to the gorgeous shoreline of HHI. Condo is perfect for a couple or family up to 4. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the convenience to the beach and some of the amenities on resort property. Owner was supportive and provided clear instructions on entry, parking, and expectations for check out. Unit does not have it's own laundry, but the shared laundry is very close by and in good shape. We ran 3 or 4 loads during our stay with zero issues. Kitchen was suitable for preparing meals if a guest does not want to go out every night. This was my first trip to HHI and when I go back, this unit will be the first one I check for availability. Highly recommend. Thankful for this listing's accuracies, proximity to beach, and thoughtful owners for being catalysts in providing my girlfriend and I a memorable vacation.

A beautiful piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Joe's ocean front condo, the view was amazing and we had all of the amenities of home!! The bed was so comfortable!! We stayed out on the deck a lot because of the view and breeze another nice amenity was having an elevator outside our room and the laundry facilities close!! Joe was an amazing host even wished us safe travels ❤️

Judy and I live in Southern Indiana. Hilton Head Island is a one day drive from our home. In one day we can be in beautiful Hilton Head South Carolina which is one of the most creative landscaped islands in the country. Our Ocean front villa is located in Admirals Row which is one of the closest units to the ocean in Hilton Head. We can be in our front room or balcony and see and hear the Atlantic ocean and be able to be on the beach in one minute.

The first time we visited Hilton Head Island, we loved it. It is a laid back community that is very well designed with great trees and magnificent landscape through out the Island. There is so much to do with Fantastic Restaurants, shopping areas, and Awesome golf courses

Our villa is one of the closest units to he ocean in Hilton Head The view is fantastic. To sit on our Balcony and watch the sunrise in the mourning, the beach and dolphins during the day and the fantastic ocean sounds all day and night.
