You will find a stylish, open-concept floor plan with a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen including a spice rack and stocked coffee bar.

The exterior: Trees all around the cabin are wrapped and lit with string lights. There are lights around the perimeter of the front and back decks, as well as lights down the rock steps in the back yard and over the firepit. These all provide a beautiful accent on the area surrounding the cabin while enjoying the outside of our wonderful property.

Master Suite: King bed with comfortable cotton sheets and a large duvet. There are 2 luggage racks in the closet along with a portable fan, clothes rack and hangers.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with cotton sheets and a large duvet. There is a full-length mirror and a 6 drawer-dresser for your convenience. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with accessible HDMI cords as well as USB cords on the side tables.

Living Room: Large couch with sleeper sofa inside. The couch also has a storage area under the cushion with sheets/blanket/pillows.

Full Bathrooms 1 & 2: Supplied with complimentary shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The guest bathroom also has a basket of extra large towels for the hot tub.

Game Room: Accessible through the 2 garage doors. The game room includes a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Darts, and a high-top table for seating. Please be aware, before the winter months we will be installing insulated garage doors as well as an electric fireplace inside. However still with the game room being in the garage it could still get a little chilly in the winter time.

Front Porch: Beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy while taking in the view! Below the front porch you will find two swings. Have fun! (Please watch your head and note the weight limit is 250lb per swing).

Back Deck: Large 7 person hot tub and a 3 burner grill (propane provided) Next to the deck is a lovely picnic table to enjoy a delicious cookout!

Down the stone steps, you will find the firepit, with 6 wooden chairs for seating! (Firewood is not supplied).

Guest will have full access to the cabin and amenities. This is not a shared property! We hope you enjoy every minute! The closet in the second bedroom is locked and used for cleaning supplies and linens for the cleaning crew. The door in the back of the game room is locked and shall remain locked. This space is used for owner storage.

Office Business Hours: 9a-6p Eastern, 7 days per week on Airbnb Messenger only. No phone or text. If you have an emergency please Call 911.

Our cabin has beautiful mountain views with paved roads leading to it. The roads have a few twists and turns, but are not very steep. Our driveway has an incline and a 4WD may be needed if road conditions are slick. Otherwise, the cabin is easily accessible.

Parking at the cabin: There is a long driveway and parking at the entrance of that cabin. Enough room for 3 vehicles.

This property does have 2 security cameras in place. 1 is over the garage monitoring the driveway and the other is a doorbell camera on the front door located on the front porch.

Additional Rules:

NO smoking of any kind inside the cabin.

NO pets permitted. There is a $300 housekeeping and allergen remediation fee for any violation.

NO events / NO house parties / NO bachelor/bachelorette parties, NO chaperoned/student/school groups (except by written permission at least 60 days in advance).

Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay.

Rental Agreement signed by Primary Guest, a $300 security deposit and a valid photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking. If booking is made within 24 hours of check-in, both must be submitted prior to entering the property or entry will be denied until completed. If refusal to follow these rules we reserve the right to cancel guest without refund.

No occupancy above the stated limit or the number of guests on the booking at ANY time. The number of guests in the booking and Rental Agreement must include ALL adults and ALL children - regardless of age.

Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest without refund.

Guests are REQUIRED to notify us of any damage as it occurs so it may be repaired/replaced before the arrival of the next guest. Failure to notify us may result in deductions from the security deposit for rush or off-hour fees/shipping/labor.

No refunds for weather, road conditions/closures, utility service interruptions, local/regional/national health emergencies, or acts of God; purchase Travel Insurance to provide this coverage if you have concerns -- especially during months of winter weather.

Check-in is 4:00 PM ET and check-out is 10:00 AM ET unless pre-arranged otherwise in advance. If property is not vacated by the checkout time, there is a $150 fee for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour.

Do not disconnect or relocate any electronics (TVs, DVD players, game consoles, chargers, etc.). - doing so may necessitate a 3rd-party technician service call to restore the items to their proper condition and status for the next guest. An additional $125 fee will be charged for the first hour, with an additional hourly $75 fee. All associated costs with the replacement of missing electronic devices and repair fees will be charged to the guest.

No open fires, flames, or candles, gas grills or charcoal grills are permitted any time on or near the wooden decks unless installed or provided by the Owner.

Hot tub is only for use by guests aged 25+. Guests are required to shower/bathe before using to remove body oils, makeup, hair products, and anything else that may interact with the chemicals or water.

The home may contain such items as a pack-n-play, high chair, condiments/spices, food and other items. Your use of them is at your own risk. Only you are in a position to determine if they are appropriate to use.

Owners reserve the right to install and operate actively recording security devices or image capture/image recording devices anywhere on the property outside of the dwelling for the express purpose of securing the property, driveway, entryway, parking, dwelling and its contents and enforcing occupancy/pet rules. We recognize that privacy is important and no such devices have, or will have, any views of the interior or outdoor spaces where privacy is expected (e.g. hot tub area).

Guest concerns and/or complaints should be in writing, whether by text or e-mail AND before departure, allowing the Owners sufficient time to document and undertake reasonable corrections.

Violations of rental policies, occupancy, pet and house rules or Rental Agreement conditions will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund of any kind and forfeiture of Rental deposit.
