Enjoy a relaxing soak in the brand new 6-7 person hot tub, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or grill a delicious meal on the BBQ propane grill. Dine at the outdoor table and chairs on the deck or choose one of the additional seating areas scattered throughout the beautiful outdoor space. This backyard offers the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day of exploring everything the area has to offer.


KEEP IN MIND:

*** Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $50 cleaning fee per dog. Dogs must be leashed outside, supervised, picked up after, and crated if left unattended. Pet bowls, towels, and blankets are provided. Pets are not allowed on furniture without a pet blanket. Please arrange pet details before your trip.
*** The property is on a private one way unpaved road shared by other homes. The road has recently undergone maintenance to repair potholes but during winter months with snow 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Max speed 10mph.
*** Practice bear safety by keeping doors locked, using designated trash cans, and not leaving food outdoors.


PLEASE NOTE:

*** There is $250 deposit hold that is required 2 days before your check-in and is released 5 days after the checkout. A deposit hold is not a charge on your card. It's a hold that is placed to ensure the card had sufficient funds in case we need to charge it.
*** THE PROPERTY IS ON A PRIVATE UNPAVED ROAD WITH A STEEP DRIVEWAY; In the winter months, an all drive vehicle is preferred.
*** Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the entire property.
*** Quiet Hours/No Parties: Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect our family-friendly neighborhood and maintain a peaceful environment.
*** Please store ski equipment in the garage or outdoor shed.
*** Two outdoor security cameras on the front porch and over the garage monitor the exterior; tampering with them is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
*** Two noise decibel monitors are located in our common spaces. The devices only track decibel levels and do not record or transmit sounds. tampering with them is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
*** Violations of house rules result in eviction, forfeiture of rental funds, and a $100 fine per violation.
*** A mid-stay clean is included for stays longer than 7 days and can be arranged for shorter stays for a small fee if requested in advance. Cleaners will work around your schedule.
