Whether you prefer skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking, this home provides access to all. After a long day exploring all that Montana has to offer, you can relax in the hot tub with a beverage of your choice, surrounded by nature. This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home has plenty of room for everyone in your party to enjoy time together or spread out in style. This luxury home has premium appliances and is one of the very few units in Big Sky that has AC for our warming summer months. The well appointed kitchen allows even the most discerning chef the ability to prepare a wonderful meal or grill on the porch while viewing the mountains. If dining out is preferred, this home is a mere 5 min drive to the Big Sky mountain base in one direction and Moonlight Basin in the other. Big Sky’s town center is a short 10 minute drive. There, you can discover restaurants, retail, an ice skating rink, a movie theater and more. Guests can settle in for the evening snuggled in front of either the wood burning fireplace on the main level or the gas fireplace on the lower level. If skiing, snowboarding or biking are not your ideal activities, Big Sky offers a host of other options. Dog Mushing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, ATV touring, horseback riding, white water rafting, fly fishing, golfing, and rocking climbing are just a few of the many pastimes that can be discovered in the area. You can also check out weekly farmers’ markets, free concerts, and Yellowstone National Park. This home is truly the perfect retreat to fall in love with all things Big Sky, Montana.

**Due to the owner's allergies, NO ANIMALS are allowed in the home.
Ski Out: From the home you will ski directly across Rising Bull Road, down a small hill to the base of White Otter lift. It takes less than a minute.
Ski In: There are two options. Either go to the bottom of White Otter lift and hike 3 minutes up the ski trail you ski out on to the home. The second option is ski to the base of Cascade lift and take the lift across the road. Once getting off the Cascade lift, you will follow the Middle River green run to the home. You will go under the main road (Lone Mountain Trail) through a ski tunnel and exit the groomed trail where you started the ski out (cross Rising Bull Road and your home will be right there).
Not recommended for snowboarders or young children as the ski in does involve some lower angle terrain where you may need to skate. The home is not ski in/ski out if White Otter lift is not running. The start date for White Otter lift varies, but typically early to mid-December. Access lifts may close before Big Sky Resort's closing day depending on snow conditions.
