Our comfortable two story home features three bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful and productive stay. The two bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor, along with one full bathroom.

The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, plenty of natural light, a smart TV and bedside chargers for all your device charging needs. This room also offers ample storage space for your belongings between the luggage racks and the accessible closet.

The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, bedside chargers, and a designated workspace with a desk, perfect for those who need to work or study during their stay.

The first floor bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, desk space, providing plenty of room for groups with more than one remote worker, plenty of storage space between the luggage racks, 6-drawer dresser and accessible closet plus a smart TV and additional chargers for your devices.

The bonus room on the 1st floor features a comfortable pull-out Queen-size sofa, smart TV, device chargers and ample storage in the accessible closet.

The full bathroom on the main level features a stand-alone shower and dual vanities. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap so no need to overpack!

The open-concept layout of the common areas makes it easy to feel like part of the action no matter where you are on the main level. The fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, making it easy for you to cook as if you were at home during your stay.

The first floor comes equipped with a coffee station for all coffee enthusiasts. Use the provided k-cups with the single serve k-cup machine or bring your own coffee and use the grinder, drip coffee, espresso, or french press machines. If you like, be sure to top off your beverage with the provided creamer and sugar.

Whether you're enjoying a family dinner or a casual meal with friends, the indoor dining table is the perfect spot to gather and share a meal. The convenient breakfast bar offers another space for snacks and meals. If you prefer to dine al fresco, step through the sliding doors onto the deck where you'll find two outdoor picnic tables, plus lounge seating and a coffee table.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the Poconos. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV, or enjoy a break from screen time with a good book. Escape to the beauty of the Pocono Mountains and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our spacious deck and yard. The large deck features two picnic tables and a gas grill for alfresco meals with family and friends. The highlight of the backyard is the hot tub and wood fire pit where you can relax and soak while taking in the LAKE views. During the summer months enjoy fishing off of the private dock or take the 2 kayaks for a cruise around the lake.

The yard is perfect for outdoor activities. The kids will love yard, while adults can enjoy a game of corn hole or spend some quality time around the fire pit. The yard provides plenty of space for the furry members of your family to run around and play, including the fully fenced in back DECK.

You’ll have access to your own private dock. Take a seat on the bench and enjoy the tranquility of nature. When you’re ready to be more active, get out onto the water using one of the kayaks provided. The lake is perfect for boating, fishing, or just enjoying the serenity of nature.

Guest Access
As guests, you will have full access to this beautiful home, including the full kitchen, charming bedrooms, hot tub, and laundry facilities. Best of all, you can enjoy lake access via a private dock. Free parking is available on-site.

Please note that we welcome pets for an additional fee of $75 per pet. The first pet is added to/ billed with the booking reservation, and each additional pet is billed $75 upon check-in.

Cute residential neighborhood less than a 5-munite drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.

Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.
Pets: - Pets are allowed but there is a fee of $75. per pet which will be applied after booking. Guests will be held responsible for any and all damage done by pets during their stay. -Guests are required to pick up dog waste into a waste bag. Guests are responsible to wipe down the dog & dog feet when entering the house and keep the dogs off the furniture. -Guests are required to have pets trained to go outside vs. using pee pads indoors.
- No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our neighbors.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. 5 cars can fit in the driveway.
- Self check in with a smart lock. Code to be issued by hosts at check-in time.
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. If found, additional fee will be issued.
- Absolutely no fireworks! Guests will be fined $500 by the HOA for any fireworks. If the owner is fined for fireworks guests will be billed accordingly for the fines incurred for fireworks and noise.
- Absolutely NO confetti or glitter. Using confetti or glitter will result in additional cleaning fees.
- No taping items to the walls or ceilings.
Propane tanks: - Host provides propane tanks for the BBQ grill and gas fire pit. Guest’s are responsible to refill the propane tanks if required. Refills are available at the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid, Lowe's or Walmart. Please ensure propane valves are turned off after use of grill or fire pit
- Host provides a wood burning fire pit. Guests are responsible for firewood if required. Firewood is available at the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid, Lowe's or Walmart
- Please pick up any trash outside the home from your stay (deck, fire pit, waterfront)
- Do not take any indoor furniture outside
Septic System: - Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products, napkins, rags, etc. should be flushed at any time. Please no food down the sink drain.
Boats - Boats are provided by the hosts for guest use and enjoyment. The homeowner and the business are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur from use of the boats and or lake use. - Boats are to be tied to the dock after use - Paddles are to be placed inside the rowboat and kayak after use. - Life vests are available in the plastic bin at the waterfront. Please return dry life vests to the bin after use Any damage caused to the boats must be reported to the homeowner.
Fishing 1) The use of the lakes for fishing and boating is subject to the fish and boat codes and regulations of the PA Fish and Boat Commission. PA Code, chapter 63. General Fishing Regulations. 2) Fishing in the lakes within Emerald Lakes Community is only permitted by Association Member, Family Members, Tenants and Guests 3) The Catch and Release program is for all lakes and only includes Bass. It does not include smaller fish (crappies, sunfish and perch). Be advised that fines can be issued (and paid by the guest) to anyone not adhering to this rule. 4) All fishing will require an ELA permit that can be obtained at the administration Office with a copy of your valid PA Finish License and a $5 fee. The permit will be valid for the length of your PA fishing license. You will be required to display your ELA permit at all times while utilizing our lakes.
