Vacation Nightmare

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We arrived at Seahorse on a Thursday evening only to find out the house, a very nice home, had not been prepared for our arrival. First, the elevator was not working. This was a big disappointment because we chose this house because we needed the accommodations. Secondly, the outside pool and hot tub was dirty. The 3rd floor which held both master bedrooms had no hot water and the outlets did not work. The ice machine on the refrigerator was broken. It was awful. We called management and they sent someone out on Friday to fix the elevator. Then someone came on Saturday to clean the pool and hot tub. They sent a plumber and electrician, but they were not able to get the hot water nor the outlets fixed on the 3rd floor before we left. My family and I were only there for 3 days so by the time they got a few things fixed, it was time to leave. I felt like this was unacceptable and reached out to management about a refund. We received a refund of less than $200. Yet, we paid over $3000. We make this trip to Flordia every year and this home was our worst experience Ever!!
