Das Master-Schlafzimmer-Rückzug ist vom Rest des Hauses, damit Sie Ihre Ausfallzeiten zu genie��en. Es öffnet sich auf die Veranda, hat einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und luxuriöse Master-Bad mit Wanne Garten.

Die Betten und Bettwäsche, im ganzen Haus, sind nagelneu und sooooooo gemütlich. Es gibt 2 Könige, eine Königin und 2 Etagenbetten. Das Familiensofa bietet ein weiteres Queensize-Bett. Im Büro befindet sich ein Doppel-Futon. Insgesamt können 12 Personen problemlos untergebracht werden.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-HDTV mit einem Blu-Ray-DVD-CD-Player und ein digitales Kabelpaket mit über 200 Kanälen. Das Etagenbett verfügt über einen kleineren Fernseher / Videorecorder mit ca. 75 Kinderfilmen.

Es gibt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine Garage für 1 Fahrzeug und Parkplätze für bis zu 4 Autos.

Simply Amazing in a great location

The entire stay was very impressive. The house was gorgeous and in the perfect location because we were 20-30 minutes away from everywhere. We had 12 people in our group and this house was more than enough for all of us. Thank you for the great experience.

Nice Spacious Home!

We had a great time, the home was nice and spacious and comfortable with the master bedroom being on the other side of the home. We enjoyed it so much we barely left to do outdoor things. The bikes and the pool were a hit with the kids! Very quiet neighborhood.

Lovely Neighborhood

The house was immaculately clean, came equipped with everything needed for our stay, and was located in such a peaceful and well kept neighborhood. The beach was a short drive as were some beautiful parks and walking trails. We spent the majority of the time we were at the house on the patio taking advantage of the warm Florida weather.

All that and MORE!!!

Our week spent at Pine Warbler was everything we could have ask for and then some. Very clean, large open floor plan. Large kitchen was well equipped. We loved the back porch and pool area! A quiet neighborhood with a short drive to several beaches. Shopping, groceries and dining options are all in close proximity. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Great find!

Great house! This was a perfect find for our family with multiple needs. Having the bunk room was so great for my 3 kids which was right next to two additional good sized bedrooms for my wife and I and another couple, if needed. My inlaws were able to join us for the stay and comfortably stay on the opposite side of the house in a wonderful master suite. We took advantage of the pool, outdoor living space, kitchen and two indoor living spaces. A large dining table allowed us to sit as a big family as well. Great overall find... highly recommended.

Perfect for Vacation with Extended Family

Nine of us (a toddler, teens, parents, grandparents) stayed at this home for 5 days in April while in the area for a family reunion. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. In addition to allowing us all to be together, we appreciated all of the extras (thick beach towels, children's DVD library, free WiFi, child-safe pool, well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer) that we would not have found at a hotel. The home is a short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Like a previous reviewer, we echo the sentiment that the Clearwater Aquarium was not worth the price of admission. For anyone traveling with small children who do not want to try tackling Busch Gardens, we recommend the Lowry Park Zoo.

Awesome

This was the first time we ever rented a house foe our vacation, and boy did we pick the right place!! The house was absolutely wonderful. There was me, my wife, 3 daughters, and each brought a friend, and we still had plenty of room. Everyone was blown away by the house, pool, and just everything about the house. It is located in a spot that you can visit beaches',shopping,fishing,jet skis, parisailing, Disney, Florida Aquarium all within a reasonable driving distance. We did just about all. My kids liked clearwater beach, and Pier60.Clearwater jet ski rental was nice for people with no experience, they have someone go out with you(a guide).dolphin tour at johns pass was real nice also. The only bad thing I could say about our trip, was that it had to come to an end. Cant' wait for next year.

Upstate NY Family

Four adults and 2 kids (6 years and 2.5 years) spent a wonderful week in this wonderful house. The house had everything we needed for food preparation, beach going and, best of all, pool time. The washer and dryer were especially helpful with small children. Kids and adults used the perfectly heated pool multiple times a day, morning to night. The layout of the house was ideal for 2 families. In our case, grandparents in the master suite and son and daughter-in-law with grandchildren in the 3 bedroom suite. The neighborhood is quite and ideal for walking and bike riding. It's also close to shopping and tourist attractions. We especially enjoyed Legoland, Tarpon Springs with the Aquarium, Rusty Bellies restaurant and the Manatees. We also enjoyed exploring downtown Dunedin. The rental experience was very comfortable. Brian was available by text and responded immediately when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Palm Harbor Pipers Meadow

We had a wonderful stay at this location!! We only had 2 issues that we found but the house layout made up for that! The Cable /internet company had to come & resolve a problem (This wasn't the owner/managers fault. Seems the neighboorhood was having spotty issues too). The only other issue was the kitchen needed some organization but the appliances were in great working condition. All other items listed in the property description were exactly as we found them ... accurate. We even met the property manager when he came by to check on the pool & the cable company issue. The pool was perfect & so clean and we enjoyed our time there when at the house. The location is perfect as you can head North to Tarpon Springs to eat some amazing Greek food or head to Clearwater Beach for beautiful sandy beaches and some great food choices. Should we be vacationing in that area again, I would try to book here.

Tampa Visit with Family

The property is beautiful, located at the end of a cul de sac. If you like to run, the neighborhood is great for it! Lots of room in the house. Plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teen girls). The pool looked great, but we didn't use it. We did use the BBQ grill, which looked very new. If you rent in the summer, be prepared that you can only move the thermostat down to 73 degrees. There are plenty of overhead fans and other electric fans, to keep air circulating. We had a couple of nice cooler nights, so we were comfortable. The last day/night we were at the property, there was an issue with the plumbing, but Brian was immediately on the job once I notified him. I hope everything got fixed, because it's such a great rental property. One minor item in the screened-in pool area - crab spiders. There were several. I brushed away many webs, but of course they returned every day. That's nature, I guess. ;-) Free wifi, a TV in every room and lots of board games and DVDs. A long stay at the property would be an easy thing to do. Winn Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles away, and other gas stations and shopping areas are within a 5-10 minute drive.

Wonderful Property

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It was central to a lot of the activities we had planned and had good shopping and some great restaurants nearby. The only sad part is we picked the coldest Christmas to come so got to use the pool and patio sparingly which was sad because it was a nice area. When we had a question and contacted the host we were answered promptly. This is a nice place to bring a family !

Spacious & great house overall. Needs some updates!

It needs a deep cleaning & some updates, looking a little dated. My son went to sit on a outdoor chair & fell to the ground. The leg was broke & the chair pads for that outdoor furniture were so black & nasty looking, I wouldn’t even sit on them. Otherwise, the house is spacious & kitchen has everything you could need. Pool was nice too. There are lots of extras in the closets like fans, which we used, high chair & a few other items for babies if you need them. We loved the area & the beaches!

We spent most of the week relaxing, cooking and playing games while watching the kids, through the 4x large patio doors of the kitchen, have a blast in the heated for hours and hours each day. With Costco and whole foods near by and several beaches, parks and fishing spots all within 15-60 minutes, it was a great location to be near everything, but not in the middle of all the noise, traffic and craziness of Spring Break. It was a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. There were pool toys, fishing poles and beach furniture, that were good enough but most of that was in pretty poor condition. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs, or renting one them at the beach. The gas grill was nice to have and there was a back up propane tank ready to go if needed. There w as also a small cooler in the garage and 4 bicycles, 2 adult and 2 kids.
