A little farther out and you'll find yourself on the Oso Beach Municipal Golf Course, so bring your best nine iron and challenge your friends to a couple of games out on the greenery. Forgot something at home? An IGA Grocery Store is located just a little over a mile from this home for all your needs.

This home boasts two levels of modern comfort with the local park conveniently within walking distance. Step in through the front door and plop yourself onto the living area and melt into the cushions for a much-needed nap. Afterward, take advantage of the full kitchen and cook up a delectable meal for everyone at home using its appliances. Step out onto the patio area and relish in your own little perfect slice of paradise as you dip your toes into the private pool. Sit out and soak in the sun with your pals, then head inside and stream some of your favorite movies from the comfort of your couch. Or you catch up on remote work or studies at the dedicated workspace. This home also comes with three fishing poles for your convenience, so make use of them and enjoy some lake fishing, courtesy of the home!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
