This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom private home is located in the desirable Panama City Beach, Fl. Just two miles from the beach.
This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy!
Relax with the whole family in the spacious open floor plan living and dining, a large island that seats six for cocktails or game night, Retreat to the outside pool deck of this sustainable getaway with views of the pool and palm trees. The reviews tell the story. when you are tired of swimming in the pool load the family up and travel two miles to the sandy white beaches of Panama City Beach. The pool is only heated October - May.

Great family vacation home

This was a great family vacation home. The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was warm and beautiful. The family loved sitting outside next to the pool and swimming. The house had everything we needed for or vacation. The location was great, beautiful neighborhood. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely rent this house again!

Safe neighborhood, great location and pool was awesome.

We really loved this place. We had 2 double red flag days so the pool was nice. The drive to the beach was not bad at all. Tina was very accommodating to us and answered every question we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Location!

After a long day at the softball tournament it was absolutely amazing to comeback to the pool and enjoy it with no crowds and no sand. We could make a short drive to the beach for some fishing and shell hunting and get back and spend the evening with the kids and grandkids in the pool!

Excellent pool!

We picked this stay mainly based on the heated pool for the kids, and it did not disappoint. The house was plenty big, and clean. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and felt safe.

Great PCB stay

My husband and I brought our 3 kids (ages 5, 9, and 15) to PCB for my 9 year old to play in the New Years Baseball Fest Tournament at Publix Sports Park. The tournament was only 4 minutes away from this property. There are tons of places for food, shopping, etc. within 10 minutes. The host was 10/10 with communication. Our only issues were minor cleanliness concerns, which the owner addressed immediately. The pool was worth the extra money we spent, rather than dealing with a condo. If we return to PCB we would definitely reserve this location.

Perfect for Swimmers!

This house gave us everything we needed. Our teenagers had their own rooms, and we had a private master suite. We were so grateful to have access to such a lovely pool! The kitchen was wonderful, and we were thankful to find everything we needed. This home is convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to return!

Great Vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was small but perfect for our family of 5. The location was right around the corner from many activities, beaches, and restaurants. We REALLY enjoyed the pool and swam in it almost everyday during our seven day trip. Kitched was well equiped for all our cooking needs. Would recommend a few more pans for cooking, but otherwise it was perfect! Thank you Tina for letting us enjoy your home!

This was the perfect rental for our much needed getaway. The place is very spacious, clean & the pool was an oasis. It’s located in a very small, quiet neighborhood and Tina was an excellent host & very quick to respond to any questions.

Nice!

We enjoyed this home which is in a nice neighborhood and has a beautiful pool. The owner is wonderful - provided good information for easy check-in and check-out and was always easy to reach and talk with! The home and pool area was very clean. The kitchen is a good size, clean and well stocked. Would stay here again when we return to Panama City Beach!

Loved our stay!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is super clean and well kept. Tina makes check in and check out very easy and smooth. We had so much fun in the pool, and it’s not far from the beach and lots of activities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet even though it’s not far from the main highway. I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!!

Great property!

Had a wonderful time here! The house is clean and roomy. We considered its location to be perfect - close enough for a quick drive to all of the attractions, but far enough away from the main strip to avoid the party scene and crazy traffic. The only negative was that the pool didn’t appear to be heated. It was cold. But that’s a petty gripe, and in no way diminished our overall experience. Great host with quick communication. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet, clean home

A beautiful little home, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, with an amazing pool. Sadly for us, the beach was closed several days of our stay because of rip currents. However, floating in the pool made up for a lot of that disappointment. Easy check in, clean home, and clean pool. You won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

My family consisted of two adults, one teenager, an eight and six year old and a puppy. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was super clean and all the amenities provided were great. The pool and deck is an amazing place for a family to chill even if you’re in close proximity to the beaches (you don’t have to deal with sand!). The owner, Tina, was readily available and communication was smooth. Her rules are clearly laid out in the welcome binder which is provided. This house was a perfect size for our family of five and a puppy. The location is so convenient to all the happenings in PCB. You win’t regret staying at this property.

Great Pool

The main reason we rented the home was for the private pool. The pool was clean and a great place to relax with the private fenced in back yard. The house was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping areas, and plenty of room for a family of four and our dog. There were a couple of soft spots on the floor throughout the house, but the main one was in front of the refrigerator that was very noticeable. The only thing we were missing was a tv in each bedroom. There was only one tv in the living room, but it was not a deal breaker. Tina was very nice and helpful throughout the booking process and answered any questions we had very quickly. Overall it was nice and I would stay there again.

Pool worth it All

We spent a week in Tinas rental. The property was clean and well taken care of. The pool is worth all the money we spent. With it being heated when we couldnt go to the beach we had a great option. It is not walkable to the beach but there are plenty of beach access (16 has free parking). The only issues I had was normally a host provides some information about the area, i.e. favorite restaurants and such, but there was no information other than the rules of the property. The dryer did not work while we were there. Once I told Tina she sent someone but they could not fix it, said it needed replaced. We made it work for the time we were there. If you are looking for a good neighborhood this would be it! The pool fantastic, just wish it had more info about the local area and amenities were minimal as well.

$1600.00 dollars mistake

Looks good, been remolded very nice, but the floors have a major problem. The vinyl planks. were bucked up in several places it is a fall hazard. They feel mushy I turned my ankle beside the King bed. I tried to reach host all night and the next morning, with no reply, so we left house, and found a condo. Finally host replied that she not aware of the problem since she was on vacation and not checking her messages.A few hrs later host messaged floors fixed,we didn't go back. Also there is an abandoned motel and a homeless camp behind the back fence, We did not feel safe there. VRBO and host both said they were not responsible for any refund.
