First, the positives: good sized rooms, clean interior throughout, easy keyless entry/exit, everything works including blazing fast WiFi and nice TVs. Large driveway and plenty of street parking if needed. Overall cute house with the “jungle” theme.
Next, the negatives: AC was inadequate (had to close vents in some rooms to get enough air in the primary bedroom), not enough towels, kitchen was insufficiently stocked with pots/pans/sponges/towels/soap, two bedrooms do not have TVs (they’re cheap and should be provided), towel bar in primary bath missing, inadequate water pressure in showers, one bedroom has a mattress that feels like a rock. Backyard was large but essentially useless (bc 110°!) and any outdoor furniture was broken and piled up against the back of the house.
The neighborhood was very quiet even though the house is on a wide street. But the location is quite a bit removed from the ASU campus (7-10 minutes north) on the other side of 202 Freeway.
If you’re looking for a short term value place, this is pretty if the minor fixes are made. I wouldn’t recommend this for a longer term stay.
