*Parking - There is a one time fee of $35.00 USD plus tax due upon arrival at the front desk. This will allow you to park two vehicles.*

*Pet Policy: One pet dog is allowed per unit. There is a Nonrefundable one time Pet Fee in the amount of $300.00 USD plus tax due at imposed by Treasure Island which is due at the time of check-in as well as a Nonrefundable one time fee in the amount of $100.00 USD imposed by Sail Away Vacation Rentals. Pet dog weight must be 35 pounds or less.

*Construction: Currently, there is construction occurring to the parking garage as well as the East End of Treasure Island as a direct result of last year's Hurricane ( Milton ). This includes but is not limited to building repairs, pressure washing and painting of the parking garage as well as the East end of the resort. The construction will continue until the end of April.

You will also have a guest bedroom with a king bed and guest bathroom, and a twin over twin bunk area, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people and one pet under 30lbs.

The resort itself boasts many amenities; pool, hot tub, fitness center, bar, beach access (this unit features complimentary beach service of two chairs and an umbrella for your whole stay) , you will feel right at home on your PCB vacation.
