Welcome to Ocean Reef 104! Newly refreshed groundfloor condo located in the Ocean Reef Complex. 3-bedroom 2 bath plus screened porch all just steps to community pool. The beach is a short walk with the provided beach cart.

Step inside and instantly relax, Ocean Reef 104 has all the essentials to make your vacation a memorable one. Open concept condo with entertaining in mind. The living spaces are all open so the family can relax in each other's company or retire to one of the three bedrooms. Large spacious kitchen with stainless appliances make mealtime a breeze or just making a quick snack for the walk to the beach. Dual brew coffee pot plus many dishes and utensils you can whip up a feast for the crowd in no time!
Plush King size bed in Master, with private en suite bathroom. The second room offers a comfortable Queen and the third room offers two twins plus a pack n play for the littles.
Dining room comfortably seats 8 people, whether gathering for a meal or playing a spirited game plenty of space for everyone.
Relax for a movie night, the large screen tv offers Netflix plus basic cable for your enjoyment. Plush new couch in the living room is perfect for relaxing after a long at the beach. Through the living room patio doors wander outside to the screened in patio, just a few steps to the community pool. Ready to head to the beach? Ocean Reef 104 offers a beach cart plus chairs and towels to make the walk an easy one. Garage space is available plus reserved parking for one car.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are several beach chairs, beach cart and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
