The comfortable Queen pull-out bed in the living room offers additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience. Ascend to the second floor, where two exquisitely appointed Queen bedrooms await, both equipped with cozy memory foam mattresses. These bedrooms share a stylish Jack & Jill bathroom, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. For added convenience, an LG stack-able washer and dryer are provided on the upper level, making your laundry needs a breeze (detergent provided).

Rest easy knowing your safety is our priority. We offer an optional ring alarm system, allowing you to choose the level of security that suits you best. Cameras are discreetly placed only on the exterior of the property, ensuring your peace of mind without intruding on your privacy indoors.

This listing includes the main and upper levels of our home, offering a spacious and exclusive retreat for your stay. Please note that the basement is rented to a permanent tenant. Rest assured, the corridor between the upper and lower stairwells remains securely locked, ensuring complete privacy for both sets of guests.

We provide one parking space for your convenience, with additional parking available on the street. Please note that the paved driveway is narrow and situated on a small hill, adding a touch of charm to your arrival. Best for smaller vehicles. Street parking also available.

Check-in is available from 3 pm onwards, allowing you to settle in comfortably, while check-out is at 11 am, giving you ample time to savor the final moments of your stay.
