Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the constant drilling in the early morning from the construction workers no sleeping in late, it was decent also the room needs to be fullyupdated. Very close to John‘s pass boardwalk, 7-Eleven convenience store and two grocery stores are close by. Nice fishing on the beach and also John’s pass. The hot tub is nice. Pool was also good too, but the pool area needs to be pressure washed maintenance workers are very nice. Easy access to the beach. One thing is the elevator needs to be fully updated. Seems like I spent a quarter of my vacation waiting for the elevator And good luck if you can afford staying in the condo prices keep soaring. Would be nice to have some type of discount / deal for long-term repeat customers.

The beds were broke down very uncomfortable and you need to find a new cleaning crew. they don’t clean very well. I will never stay here again.. if you’re buying an investment as a rental, at least keep it updated. Make it worth the stay. Instead of being a slumlord. but overall, the outside of the property was very beautiful.

The door to the balcony off the master bdrm had mold on the inside of the door. I cleaned it off with clorox wipes. The kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards. Beautiful view and pool area but could be cleaner.

The hot tub made those days so much more bearable! A hot tub is a must for us when booking now. The condo was clean and felt huge to us. It had everything we needed including some beach toys and chairs in a bedroom closet which was a huge bonus. We only used the elevator once. We took the stairs to the 3rd floor every other time and it was not bad for us. We had 4 kids with us and were able to walk to John's Pass, 7-11, Nad Beach Cantina, Lisa's Cafe, and Caddies. W*If you walk down the beach to Johns Pass you can walk under the bridge and avoid crossing the busy road! Laundry facilities and trash chute were on the 4th floor so that was not bad for us. Laundry machines required a credit card. The view from the balconies is amazing. We saw 2 weddings on the beach and the coolest sunset ever. We saw dolphins from our balcony. We don't cook on vacation but the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to.

The location and view from the balcony were great. The unit itself had many issues. When we arrived Saturday at 4, the first thing we noticed was that the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in the unit and we immediately called SunHost. To make a long story short, we spent several days of back and forth on the phone with SunHost trying to get the issue resolved. We didn't have proper AC until Wednesday evening. On Tuesday we received some portable units that were so loud we couldn't have them on while we were trying to sleep. The whole issue was stressful and inconvenient having workers in and out of the unit while we were there. It would have been nice if we could have received a partial refund for our troubles. Another issue was the beds. All four beds had very old mattresses that were extremely uncomfortable. My husband spent most nights on the couch. The pillows and sheets were also horrible. It was very hard to get any sleep on a bad mattress with no AC. It would have been nice to be able to keep the balcony door open, but there wasn't a screen. The water pressure was very poor, but it was a little better in the smaller bathroom, so we used that one even though there was mold in the grout. I could go on with smaller issues, but in general we were not happy, especially since we stayed here two years ago (another unit) and had a great experience.

The condo was perfect! The living room was big had room for everyone, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice size( water pressure was not that good) but still did the job. Beds were very comfortable but the best was the Hugh patio doors to a very nice size balcony that we used all the time. Had the best view ever. It Had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely stay here next time we come to the area. What a beautiful beach and the pool was amazing too.

When we arrived at resort, code for room did not work. Called the after hours number. Did not get a call back for 1 hour. Person on the apparently programmed the lock. Tried same code and it now worked. Room was not clean and extremely minimal supplies. One small soap in each bathroom, nothing for showers. 2 packs for diswaher.

The bathtub does not drain and fixtures are so old! It could also use a new kitchen table and chairs. Overall the living space is wonderful. Very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too. But the beds need new pillows. Kitchen was great. And the view was spectacular. Pool and hot tub we loved. Very clean. We used the grills too. A great place to stay for a week with all of the amenities. We would definitely go back.

Good location & view, In need of updating
The view from this condo and the location are great. However, the mattresses are like sleeping directly on the springs. Same for the couch and love seat. There is literally no cushioning left on either. If the management can replace both the mattresses and couches, then this would be a great condo. The only other issue was that there is no air conditioning coming into the bedrooms. If you can leave the doors open it is not too bad, but if you shut the doors, plan to be very hot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our trip. The beach was clean and not crowded. The pool was nice. Plenty of chairs. Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked clean. Our condo was nice but really could use new furniture. The couch and loveseat have seen better days. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. Price was great. Overall I’d give it a “B” but would definitely be an “A” if they’d replace the sofas and mattresses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You really can’t beat the view at this great condo! Definitely a beachy feel inside with all the kitchen utensils you’ll need, though no basic ingredients (like salt,pepper), but a quick trip to the Publix deli counter had most of that fixed. Condo was clean and plenty of towels (though you’ll need your own beach towels). Coin laundry rooms available in the complex and worked well. Love that they switched over to a keyless entry and only complaint was having to go to the office the next morning (after a late check in) to show ID, but they did say they’ll probably be doing away with that step! Would definitely stay again as I mentioned the views were spectacular and only steps to some of the softest sand you’ll ever touch! Turquoise waters and a salt water pool really added to the tropical feel of Madeira beach! Plenty of parking too.

The view of the gulf out the HUGE sliding glass door was phenomenal. Would we stay here again... yes, we would.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo, the beach and the people involved with getting everything set up. However, at some point in our stay, someone decided to go thru 4 bags in our condo and remove items. Contact with the Host was unacceptable. To say they know who comes and goes is not correct, there is no electronic key pad. There was also a confirmed entry into our condo by a service individual. Is what it is but to put it back on our group to say we probably misplaced these items is not acceptable. Doubt they will have us back or we will book anything further.
