Check out this nice modern home with carport parking to keep your car out of the hot sun. The home has an updated kitchen with solid surface counter tops, tile backsplash, sleek cabinetry and LED lights making a bold statement in the great room area. There is bar seating as well as a dining area, and the massive TV will keep you entertained when you're in from the beach for the day.

The house has two bedrooms with a king bed in the primary and a queen bed in the second. The primary bedroom has an ensuite. Additional family members or guests have a choice as there is a daybed with trundle and a twin fold away.

Enjoy the private balcony where you can sit and relax and start the day with your coffee.

This home is the perfect spot for beach parades and Blue Angel watching and it's close to shops and restaurants. There are several pet friendly restaurants on the island so you will not have to leave Fido home alone. There are also two dog parks on the island both at the East and West ends for your pup to play in the sand.

improvements needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: property in need of many cosmetic repairs, painting Dishwasher needs replacing, closet with AC Furnace very dirty, full of paint cans . Washer an dryer difficult to use as their positions need to be reversed. Shelf over washer lid prevents lid from opening fully. also both appliances need balanced so they do not move about when used . Bought and left glasses, pitchers, dish brushes Vegetable drawer in fridge broken . beds were comfortable but were not attached to headboards equaling an accident waiting to happen. No grab bars in or near walk in shower House has possibility but has many safety issues including rail on back steps is loose, all porches and step replacement boards need painting l

Nice little home near all Pensacola Beach has to offer

The house was nice for a small family or group of people going to the beach. It’s not far from the beach and the nearest beach access is not too crowded. Close to the boardwalk and not far from the dog beach accesses. They do have a charcoal grill located downstairs, which can be an inconvenience when cooking dinner if doing something both inside and outside. The house has some amenities to offer you the ability to cook in, but recommended to just go out due to limited kitchen supplies. They also had some items for you to load into a wagon and take to the beach, which was a nice touch. You don’t get real good views, but there are some spots for you to see either the bayside or ocean. There a gate to help close pups in when sitting on the front deck, but not one on the backside which would have been nice as the sun shifted. The only real complaint I had was they had an appliance delivered midweek without notice until the moment it was arriving which did impact my day. Even though the agency was understanding to the situation, it still would have been better to know prior to having planned activities that day. In the upside the agency does welcome you with a beach blanket and a deck of cards to help make your stay enjoyable.

Great location and house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Thanksgiving week and were overall pleased with our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Living room furniture needs more comfy seating. The described "fenced grassy area for pets or toddlers to play" is not accurate. It's 2 strips of fake grass under the stairs. It's fenced on 3 sides but the fence is only about 18inches tall. There are lots of sand spurs that the dogs paws picked up on every trip outside. Directions from the management company do not lead to this house. It would also be helpful to know that the second key is for the storage closet downstairs that contains the grill & beach toys. It would also be nice to have a space with outdoor seating for 6. Each location for outdoor seating only had 2 chairs.

Great house

Loved that the house was so close (walking distance) to restaurants and entertainment. The home is spacious and just as it appears in the pictures. Easy walk across the highway to the beach. Only one major complaint. The outdoor motion light over the back steps doesn’t stay on long enough to get down the stairs. That was very scary while carrying a dog. It goes off when almost to the first landing but have to wait about 15 seconds for it to come back on again. Can be dangerous. There were a few dead roaches inside when we got there. Glad they were dead and did see a live one under dining table on morning of check out. We had a great time and the home is just as described.
