Welcome to Bright Lake Villa Built in 2022!!! An extraordinary desert oasis located lakeside in the gated community of Terra Lago. We are excited to host you at this newly. Terra Lago, a growing area of North Indio called Shadow Hills. Just below the mountains, Lido at Terra Lago is one of the best little secrets of the desert! The community is conveniently close to the Casino nightlife, HITS Horse Show, Polo horse activities, dog shows, Coachella Fest, Stagecoach and much more.
The space
The house is equipped with WiFi, Smart TVs, modern amenities, brand new appliances, washer and dryer, dishwashing machine, games, gas BBQ with outdoor dining area, a private backyard with a new heated pool-spa overlooked the lake and mountains.
Bright Lake Villa is a brand-new house with 4 beds/3.5 baths located within the famous Terra Logo. Three bedrooms with two bathrooms located in second floor. The main bedroom has a king organic foam mattress with its own bathroom suite which includes double sinks. It includes convertible sofa bed, walking closet and smart TV. The room has its own access to the balcony stunning views of the lake. The second and third bedroom has an organic foam queen-sized beds with own closets. 8 guests will fit comfortably in the beds provided. The 9th and 10th guests would sleep on provided convertible sofa bed or on two rolling beds. The second full bathroom is located next to third bedroom. In second floor has a pool table and smart TV. The fourth bedroom with organic foam matrass and its own bathroom is located on the first floor. First floor has a beautiful, decorated living room with smart tv and shuffleboard table. There you can find also a half bathroom.
Kitchen
The house has fully stocked kitchen with appliances/tools for all your kitchen needs. Kitchen with amenities including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, tea pat and mixer. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including dish ware, pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and much more. The home has as well as a spice rack, salt, and pepper.

Within 24-hours prior to check-in, Guests will be given a code for the front door smart lock for the duration of their stay. Guest have access to entire property. Except owners closet next to garage. There is enough parking for 4 vehicles on the property. Two in the garage and two on the driveway. NO parking on the street allowed. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed.
Other things to note
PET FEES
Our house is pet friendly. There is one set of dog bowls. We allow up to two small pets for a cleaning fee of $150 per pet. These fees will be collected upon confirmation of your reservation. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 charge and possible eviction without refunds.
Any damages is your responsible including for service animals. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time, and we ask that you clean up after pets appropriately.
Your safety is a priority for us! Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the house. There are two fire extinguishers (one in the garage and one in the laundry room). There is a first aid kit in the kitchen closet. The concrete around the pool gets extremely hot during summer months! Take care to protect your feet and your pet’s feet!
For the safety and security of Guests and Residents, the Indian Palm Country Club is gated with 24 hour security around the community. We will gather all information that is needed for you to enter the community after booking. The Guest entry and exit is off of Ave 44 with a 24 hour Security Guard.
Pool-Spa heat - additional charge $100

HEAT 3 hours before your arrival.
If you forget, note fee will still be charged regardless.
The cost to heat the pool-spa for a monthly rental is a flat rate of $500 per month.
Please note, our pool maintenance company comes twice per week (Mondays and Thursday) through the back gate.
These vendors are allowed onsite; guests are not allowed to turn down these services.
LAKE RULES:
Swimming in the lake is not permitted. No tangible items may be thrown or dropped into the lake. Should the Guests fail to comply with the community rules and guidelines, they will forfeit their stay immediately and will not be refunded for any amount that has been paid to the Landlord. Fishing is permitted from the property grounds during daytime, however, the fish must be released and may not be cooked or consumed. The Guests must bring their own fishing supplies and ensure they are all cleaned up prior to the agreed upon check-out date. Should the Guests defy the community lake rules and guidelines, the Landlord will charge an additional non-refundable fee of $800.00.
PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
NOISE POLICY
Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm-8am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9am-8am Sundays through Thursdays. Please be responsible, we want our guests to enjoy their stay but not at the expense of disturbing our neighbors and community.
Important things to note:
-- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We kindly ask that during this time you refrain from
loud music outside and loud conversations.
- A call from the neighbors to the city will bring Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door
- If you continue to violate house rules and regulations, you may be evicted without refunds
-Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am
_Additional each guest will be charged $100
- Avoid glassware by the pool area. Nonfragile utensils are provided
- No diving, no running around the pool side
- Remember to turn on gas on for the BBQ for use and turn off after--This is a non-smoking house, both inside and outside. Please respect this.
- No smoking! 1,000-dollar smoke removal fee if smoke is detected after checkout. We will have to charge guests for that.
- No drugs
- No firearms
- Only use appliances for their intended purpose
- Please keep the house clean and refrain from food in bedroom
-We provide pool towels! Please do not use bath towels at the pool.
-Trash and recycling are located on the outside of the house if the inside bin gets full during your stay. Please empty both at checkout.
- The trash and recycling are emptied on Tuesdays.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
