Set just two blocks from downtown Geneva, The Historic 98 is right in the middle of it all—yet still peaceful and relaxed. Stroll to over 30 restaurants, bars, and tasting rooms, or enjoy the tree-lined charm of Pulteney Park just next door. You're also only a few blocks from the Seneca Lake shoreline, making this the ideal launch point for a wine tour or lakeside adventure.
Getting Around:
While a car is recommended for exploring the region and visiting wineries, you’ll find plenty to enjoy within walking distance. Downtown Geneva’s restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are just minutes away on foot, and the Seneca Lake waterfront is only a few blocks from the house.
