Laketown Wharf charges a parking/resort fee of $86.97. This is per stay, and not per person. This fee provides you with up to two parking passes plus wristbands for all guests in your party - giving you access to all the amenities including private beach access, pools, fitness center etc. You will pick up your packet from the concierge at the resort upon arrival.

Southern Hospitality Co. places a $200 security hold on your credit card 1 day prior to arrival and releases it 3 days after your departure, pending a property inspection.
