OCEAN FRONT GOLFPLATZ WOHNANLAGE

Diese 1400 sq. Ft. Wohnung befindet sich an der äußersten Spitze der Insel mit dem Ozean und Fripp Einlass auf der einen Seite und dem 10. Abschlag und 18. Loch des Ocean Point Golfplatz auf der anderen befindet. Die Sonne und der Mond steigt sind zu sterben. Die Gegend ist sehr privat, aber mit allen Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Der Gebäudekomplex ist 22 Einheiten und verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Pool nur für Gäste.
Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und TV. Die Höhle hat ein Schlafsofa und TV. Alle Badezimmer sind mit neuen Schränken und Marmorböden aktualisiert. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche mit 2 Duschköpfen und einem Sitz. Der zweite Master-Bad verfügt über ein Marmor Wanne / Dusche.
Der Wohnbereich ist völlig offen, um alle Vorteile der Blick zu nehmen. Die Küche ist komplett mit einem eatin Barbereich.
Es gibt mehrere öffentliche Schwimmbäder auf der Insel und der Strand ist über 3. 5 Meilen langen Machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Strand Muscheln und Sand-Dollars zu finden.
Fripp ist ein Naturschutzgebiet, so dass Sie sicher, dass Sie sehen, Hirsche, Waschbären, Alligatoren, Fischadler, Reiher, Delphine etc.
Fripp hat mehrere Orte auf der Insel zu essen, aber nicht viel andere kommerzielle Aktivitäten.
Golf, Tennis und Angeln sind die wichtigsten Aktivitäten auf der Insel ebenso wie Wandern, Radfahren, Naturbeobachtungen, Bootfahren und Aktivitäten am Strand. Unterricht für Golf und Tennis zur Verfügung. Es ist ein Freizeitzentrum (Camp Fripp), um die Kleinen in der Familie, sowie Teenager Ereignisse zu unterhalten.
Golfwagen, Fahrräder, Boote, etc. zur Verfügung, um auf der Insel oder in der Nähe Vermietung centersl vermieten sind
Amenity-Karten sind für jede Person über 12 Jahren zu einem Preis von $ 50 pro Woche zur Verfügung. Karten lassen die Gäste vollen Gebrauch von den Inseln Golfplätze, Pools Tennis, Restaurants, Ausrüstungsverleih und die Nutzung des Fitness-Studio Einrichtungen haben.
Historic Beaufort hat eine Menge zu bieten und Charleston, Savannah und Hilton Head sind nur kurze Fahrten angenehmen entfernt.

Ocean front view and breeze!

The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, comfortable, casual. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity card, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. If you wish to access the beach clubs, fitness center, stores, restaurants, golf clubs you must purchase the amenity cards & you will be charged an additional 12.8% tax of your total stay fee. The location, the condo, the island life is fabulous!

Family Vacation

I have rented several properties on Fripp and this one was fantastic. The layout was perfect for four adults and a toddler. Excellent views from all rooms and deck. Bill was very responsive to my emails and stopped by the morning we were checking out to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book this unit again.

Fripp vaca and wedding

We booked this Fripp Island condo for a family wedding and vacation. We absolutely loved looking out at the ocean, watching the dolphins and birds, and the quiet. The kids loved the pool and the beach. My grandson played Sorry from the closet full of games and beat me 5-1 during our stay. I would recommend this property 100% and I hope we can stay here again!

Great condo. Beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. Owner very helpful and quick to respond. Beautiful location on point of the island. It’s a golf cart ride to beach access during low tide. Condo Complex pool is nice when you don’t want to make the trip to the beach. Highly recommend

Perfect location!

My family and I loved this condo! The location is great and the views really can't be beat. We've been coming to Fripp for decades and everyone kept saying this was the best spot we've ever stayed in! We saw tons of porpoises in the channel, enjoyed the breeze from the balcony, and were a short walk away from Ocean Point Grill for breakfast. The condo was spotlessly clean, well stocked, and comfortable and the owner was quick to respond. We had no issues during our stay but I'm confident that if we had they would have been resolved quickly! The only thing wrong was that the elevator didn't work, but the owner has no control over that so I'm not counting it against him. We definitely will be staying here again in the future and recommending it to everyone!

Wonderful sunrises and very clean

Great condo and owner

I have stayed at different properties belonging to this owner several times and I have never been disappointed. Communication with owner is great which is a big reason I keep coming back. This particular condo was spacious for the 5 adults in our party. The great room has a fantastic view of the ocean which is not much further away than a good sized leap from the patio/balcony. We observed lots of porpoises only a few feet away. Condo is an “end” unit which is nice and being on the bottom floor made it easy moving in and out. There are 2 flights of stairs (common for oceanfront properties).

Pleasant ocean view condo

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time coming to Fripp Island and while we didn't really enjoy the island itself, this property was very nice and had an excellent ocean front view. Our only real complaint was not with the property, but the amenity passes. We were led to believe that passes were required to do anything on the island and we were only asked to show our cards once out of all the places we went. Won't be purchasing the cards next time. Loved the condo though. The great views really made it.

Amazing views!!

This condo was in the perfect location on the island. Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and golf course. Nice quiet area. The condo was spacious and updated. Kitchen area had everything you would need plus lots of space for cooking. You will see dolphins often. We will definitely return.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The view was gorgeous. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. This was a great rental for our family and we would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the elevator was out of order during the entire stay. This did not impact our trip, but could potentially be a problem for another renter.

Best place ever!

Beautiful place! Very spacious, clean, & just gorgeous views from everywhere you look. We were even greeted by a few deer at the steps leading up to the condo each evening. Bill was very kind in answering my questions at booking. When I arrived my phone completely died, wouldn't even power back on, so this became a complete vacation for my 4yr old, my friend, & myself lol. Other than using WiFi there at the condo on other devices I have, I was gadget free. It felt GREAT! I can't say enough about the views from here, just breathtaking! My 4 yr old cried when we had to leave. This was the BEST vacation we've ever had! Staying on Fripp Island has been a dream of mine since bidding Hunting as a little girl. Thank you Bill, for being a part of that with this Beaufort beauty!

Fripp Island is My New Favorite Place

Fabulous roomy condo. Much more well equipped than a lot of vacation rentals. The views were beautiful. A peaceful and tranquil stay. We hope to return!
