The apartment includes 2 large bedrooms (each has its own study/work space, TV, and sitting area), along with updated kitchen and cozy TV area.

The Space:
This cozy space is a perfect setup if you want to be close to Loma Linda University or the Loma Linda VA. The two bedrooms are large and offer privacy with their own workspace, sitting area, and TV along with plenty of common space in the kitchen, dining, and living areas in between the two bedrooms. Laundry facilities are in the back of the house and are accessible to use for free (shared with 2 other apartments on the property)

Guest Access:
Keypad to enter the property. A new code will be given to each guest.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Loma Linda University area, close enough to get to the hospital in under 5 minutes by car, but secluded enough to get some peace and quiet.

Getting Around:
It is recommended to have a car in this area.

Other Things to Note:
Ceilings are lower than standard so be aware, especially if you are on the taller side.
Free laundry facilities in the back of the house.
Ideal space for students, residents, and traveling nurses in transit.
Please note that a monthly cleaning is required (charged at $120).

I work at Loma Linda University, just 3 minutes away from the property. I live in Rancho Cucamonga about 25 minutes from the property. I am easily accessible if needed.
