Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer schönen Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die kürzlich renoviert wurde. Hohe Decken, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, begehbare Kleiderschränke, alle neuen Möbel. Sie werden die Lage dieser Unterkunft lieben, da der See, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und vieles mehr zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Es ist auch nur einen Block vom Chandler Hospital und 5 Minuten von der Chandler Mall entfernt. In der Nähe von 101 & 202. Und auch nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen Sky Harbor entfernt.

Sie werden es lieben, jeden Morgen rund um den See zu spazieren (eine Meile), und am Abend können Sie auf dem Seeblickdeck grillen. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Gemeinschaftspool am See und einem Whirlpool entfernt.

Great location

Great location with restaurants and a nice walking path nearby, comfortable beds and quiet. Just a few improvements would make this an excellent place to stay...better lighting, a new shower head in master bathroom, and new blinds in the master bedroom (falling off the track so we were afraid to open them). Overall though it was a comfortable place to stay for a few days of sunshine!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The property was very dirty and Manuel was difficult to deal with. The condo is on the 2nd floor, which was not stated. One of the screen doors to the patio did not open. One of the bathrooms did not have hot water. The handyman had to come on day 2 to get the hot water running for us. The shower faucets are very old and difficult to work. The stove is disgusting . One of the bathroom sinks drips. The smell was unpleasant (I had to buy air freshener). The fire place did not have logs. I stay at short term rentals several times a year and this is by far the worst experience I've had. The pond and walking path was the best part of this stay.

Great location!

The location was great...walking distance to several shops. The rental needs a deep cleaning and some TLC (dripping bathroom faucet, showers need upgraded, carpet very dirty and stained). You cannot walk around lake but half of it. Swimming pool area very clean.

Walkable to restaurants and bars. Steps away from a one mile walk around a beautiful pond. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Our summary of stay.

Upon arrival, the unit was filthy. Carpet in living area was dirty and had many spots. Vacuum cleaner was broken and we had to fix best we could. Needed to wash all dishes/utensils/drawers before using. Moved TV stand to access a plug-in and it was filthy behind with debris and dust balls. Amenities such as dishes and towels in adequate. Master bathroom was quite small and shower head needs replacing due to poor water pressure. We ended up using the spare bathroom shower instead. Upon our request the host did send additional towels and sheets. Cleanliness and amenities did not live up to our usual expectations for a vrbo property.

Great Location

This condo is in the perfect location in Chandler. Close to shopping, restaurants and , most importantly, our daughter and her family. Quiet neighborhood and a nice view of the lake. Recommend to others who need a well priced comfortable condo in Chandler.

Great property

This is a lovely apartment in a nice complex. This unit faces the small lake with a walking path. Close by are several nice restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The unit has very comfortable furniture with a comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Manuel is very responsive to any questions and very willing to help. Thank you Manuel !

Month stay to get situated in Arizona

My son and I stayed here for a month during his transition to Arizona for work. This condo had plenty of room for both of us to work from there. It really served us well and Manuel was responsive to our questions about wifi, check-in etc. We used the pool and the walking paths. Very nice amenities!

Chandler Stay

Loved the location with many stores nearby. Quiet friendly neighborhood with man-made lake nearby that has a walk path around it. Rental was clean, nicely decorated, nice amenities, and beds were comfortable. Only drawback was neighbor downstairs was a smoker and can smell cigarette smoke intermittently.

Great Location!

The condo is in a great location. Close to the 101 and 202. Close to the Chandler Mall and plenty of restaurants. The condo was nice and roomy with all the necessary amenities needed. The furniture was in great condition. There was, however, a strong smell in the condo upon entering, maybe just needed to be aired out. The carpets were dirty and had some stains, a good cleaning would do the trick. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Location was wonderful

The condo and property were both clean. The condo was located close to main pool and the patio has a partial view of lake. We enjoyed sitting out there nightly. Nice selection of cable channels and washer/dryer encluded.

Great location and easy process

Unit was situation in a really nice complex and the grounds and exteriors were extremely well maintained. Nice walking environment with amenities around man made lake. The interior was dated particularly in bathrooms and kitchen. Upon our arrival the unit was not cleaned well and cleaning personnel and us spent best part of afterwards re-cleaning. Other than initial cleanliness we really liked the property.

Beautiful place

Manuel has a beautiful place in Chandler, AZ around a 1 mile lake. Great location to a variety of things to do; shopping, golfing, restaurants, bars all within a 10 min drive. Clubhouse and pool were extremely clean.

This is an upper level, and my wife hated the stairs. We liked the pond and the ducks. Good location with restaurants and groceries nearby. We had some trouble initially getting the couch and TV working, but eventually mastered it. No ice maker in fridge. Lots of chlorine in water so we had to use bottled. Good king sized bed. Pool area was nice and close, but water was way too cold. We asked the office about raising temp and they pretty much ignored us. Overall, fairly good experience. A new fridge with a water filter may improve this place substantially.

Condo was very spacious and clean -as listed. The owner was responsive from beginning to end. Nice market within walking distance. Also nail salon and wonderful Mexican restaurant . Property was well maintained inside and out. You will need a car-there is a covered space provided.
