Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Discovering Denver and its surroundings is a breeze when you rent a car or use a ride-share service. While Denver's public transportation network is dependable, it can't quite match the freedom and convenience of having your own four-wheeled mode of transport. To get the most out of your visit, we recommend making the most of car rental or ride-share services.



Please note that this home shares a driveway and backyard with another house. However, rest assured that the living spaces are completely separate, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. There is designated parking for your unit on the left side of the driveway. The right side is reserved for residents of the guest house. Additional street parking is available directly in front of the home. Parking in front of any neighbor's house is prohibited. Parking in such areas may result in towing of the vehicle.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats are permitted.
