Welcome to Canopy Creek, a private Connestee Falls custom home, with special features and entertainment options your entire group will love!  Located only a short walk from Lake Tiaroga and Ticoa Lake and Park, this high-end home on a cul-de-sac has a flat driveway and a 2 car garage.  The easily accessible main entrance of the home opens into the great room with rustic beams, vaulted shiplap ceilings, custom stone fireplace with gas logs, and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area is off the living room and has a table with spaces for 8.  The custom kitchen is complete with a gas stove, farmhouse sink, Keurig, and all the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group.

The primary bedroom of Canopy Creek is located on the main level of the home and is complete with a king-sized bed and Smart TV.  The ensuite primary bathroom is home to dual sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and walk-in shower with glass enclosure and additional rain shower head.  Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs on the lower level of the home.  Bedroom 2 boasts a king-sized bed and Smart TV.  Bedroom 3 is home to a queen-sized bed and Smart TV.  Bedroom 4 is complete with a twin over full bunk bed and Smart TV.  The downstairs bedrooms share a second full bathroom.

After returning from a day hiking in Pisgah Forest, biking in Dupont, or exploring Brevard, Canopy Creek has entertainment options for your whole group!  A shuffleboard table and foosball table compliment the lower living area perfectly.  An additional game room with a retro arcade game and puzzle table allow for every guest to spread out and have fun.

Canopy Creek provides guests multiple options for soaking up the outdoors.  Enjoy morning coffee or tea from the cozy screened-in porch off the main floor, while enjoying the sounds of the nearby stream.  Grill out with the gas grill and enjoy the evening breeze while dining al fresco on the open deck off the main floor.  There is even a deck off the lower level of the home for guests staying downstairs!

Connestee Falls is a private, amenity rich community, less than 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard.  With over 20 miles of private hiking trails (including waterfall hikes), privately maintained and stocked fishing lakes, heated pool, and pickleball, guests can have an adventure filled vacation without ever leaving the community!  Canopy Creek is centrally located inside the community, only a short walk to Lake Tiaroga and Ticoa Lake and Park.  The Clubhouse and pool, golf course, and pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts are only a five minute drive away.  When guests are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures outside the community, limitless options await with Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head Visitor Center less than 20 minues away, Pisgah National Forest less than 30 minutes away, and Gorges State Park less than 45 minutes away.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home we manage is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation, with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.

This home is equipped with 2 exterior security cameras at the front of the home.  Neither camera can see inside the home.
