This home is a one-bedroom apt that we also advertise in a different listing as a two-bedroom apt with an adjacent studio, complete with a private bathroom, and private entrance. Perfect for a family trip or business matters.

The Space:
- 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apt (800 sq. ft.)
Beds distribution:
- Room #1: 1 queen size Bed
- Living Room Sofa turns into a queen-sized bed.

-Please beware, - The apartment is separated via a door in the middle from the adjacent studio. If you rent this unit as is, the door will be locked at all times, and privately yours. * Keep in mind, that there might be minor noise coming from the adjacent unit when is rented. If you want to rent a whole two-bedroom apartment, please contact us so we send you the link.

When this door is open the apartment can be rented as a 2 bedroom apartment.

- Pack 'n Play or travel crib and Air Mattress are available upon prior request. If you inform us before your check-in date, we can provide the requested item for a one-time fee of $15 / each.
- The occupancy limit of 4 people should not be exceeded.

PARKING:

-Guests can have complimentary parking by placing a mandatory $100 deposit. Once the parking pass is returned at check-out, the deposit will be returned. Please reach us for the deposit arrangements.

Alternatively, guests can pay for Valet Parking if they don't want to pay for deposit:
Weekly Valet Parking Pass costs $150, registration is at the front desk before 5:00 pm during weekdays.
You may also park your car on the street paying by the meter or the city app.

-Guest must reserve before 11 PM for parking. If you arrive late, you may use valet parking for the night. It costs $40/night.
- If you arrive later than 11 PM, you can use nearby street parking, or follow the instructions of the front desk.
Please contact us beforehand if you need to use parking.

We’re located in the heart of Downtown Doral with outside amenities such as DTW Doral park (urban green space with a kids playground).

• PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami. Miami Mover (train) to MIA

Downtown Doral offers walkability and safety at any hour of the day.

Other Things to Note:
- As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to provide that service at an extra cost if needed
- The building has 3 elevators. You must register at front desk at with your official ID to check-in and go up.
- ** Keep in mind, that there might be minor noise coming from the adjacent unit when is rented.

House Rules:
- Smoking violation fee of $250.00.
- Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM.
- Guest must pay a full extra night if they stay past 12:15 PM.
- Quiet enjoyment. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. In order to provide quiet enjoyment for all guests in the property, disturbing the quiet enjoyment of any other guest in the building or surrounding neighbors is forbidden. The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10pm -10 am on weekends.
-If you make the reservation from another application outside of airbnb there is security deposit that may range from $500-1,000, & you need to sign a rental agreement

The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such a diverse ecosystem, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.
