Welcome to The Porch-A located in Innsbruck's Sports Complex.
Enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Yonah from this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Innsbruck golf community. Just a short walk to the waterpark and 1 mile from downtown Helen, you'll have plenty of activities to enjoy. Relax on the outdoor furniture, and cozy up by the indoor fireplace (operating October 15-April 7). Free parking on the premises and a private entrance make this the perfect getaway.
For an extra treat, enjoy the golf course and pamper yourself in the Valhalla resort spa. Don't miss out on nearby attractions like Anna Ruby Falls, Unicoi State Park, and the Chattahoochee National Forest. The Porch-A is part of a 2 unit duplex and can both be booked for a larger group.

Please notice, a security camera is located ar the front porch overlooking the parking area. The neighborhood amenities are for residents only. Guests can use resort amenities towards a fee. This Unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed and the following breeds are restricted by the insurance company: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. ** We can sometimes accommodate early check in for an additional $50 fee.

Can't say enough good things

Cleanest property I think we've ever stayed at on v r b o. Everything was very nice, not beat up. Little extras were left on the counter. The nice touch was the music playing coming into the house.

Great place

The house was clean and a good size for my family of four. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the response from the local host was very responsive and they were able to resolve the matter fast. We would stay here again.

Relaxing stay

We were looking for a quiet place to spend a few days in Helen. This place was perfect. We sat in the rockers that are in the porch and enjoyed our coffee. We were so glad that we were able to take our dog with us. Maklen was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect location and everything you need

We stayed the weekend prior to Christmas and loved The Porch A. It was the perfect size for me and my wife, our teen son, our two small dogs, and mother in law. The cabin was stocked with everything you need to cook, wash and dry clothes, and convenient to all that the Helen area has to offer. It’s a short 5-7 minute drive to downtown Helen, as well as only 25 minutes to Anna Ruby Falls. We will definitely use it again.

Great location

Nice place to getaway while I attended a retreat. My husband and small dog were comfortable while I was away during the day. Loved it was close to the downtown area and convenient for him to take and pick me up daily. All the conveniences of home!

Excellent Get Away!

Our family stayed here for an extended weekend get away! Located very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Property was as described and very clean. A plus that we could bring our dog with us as well! Highly recommend!!

Oktoberfest weekend

My group of 4 friends stayed at Porch A for 2 nights during Oktoberfest. The cabin was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. The property was updated. It is exactly as described and listed. The back porch was screened in and we enjoyed the privacy of the trees. We felt very safe in the gated community. If I return to Helen GA I will stay here.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful Relaxation

We had a fantastic relaxing long weekend at the Porch! The hosts were very quick to respond and they had a basket full of goodies for us upon arrival! The house was squeaky clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Our anniversary vacation was a success! Our fur baby enjoyed her stay, too! The Porch, and the town of Helen, are very dog-friendly! We would absolutely choose Helen and the Porch again!

Porch is the perfect place to stay

Porch A & B villas were both stocked with essentials that you never get with Vrbo. Both are beautifully staged and extremely comfortable. They’ve got rocking chairs on the front porch and grills and hot tubs and tables to eat outside on the back, looking down the mountain. It is a gated, beautiful community where you could walk into Helen. Nice hiking. For adults, children, and pups. The 2 bedding were first class, great sheets, pillows, and comforters. The towels were soft and absorbent. I plan on coming back with my family in the summer

Oktoberfest in Helen GA >Perfect

This amazing property is in a Goldilocks location to enjoy the Oktoberfest in Helen. Close enough to sneak in the back way to the festivities and avoid the main street traffic gridlock, but far enough away to have perfect silence in the cool night air. The two bedrooms, two baths full kitchen and gas fireplace made it a very 'homey' place for three nights.

We discovered Helen and the nearby area and fell in love with it. Our family loves the small town vibe, hiking the trails and the quaint shops and cafes. We kept coming back every several months, and look forward to spending more time exploring the Blue Ridge mountains and all North Georgia has to offer.

We dreamt of vacationing with our adult college children who can invite their friends along. This two unit duplex will give us all perfect privacy while still being together.
While quiet and peaceful, it is very close to the action, and a great base for exploring the rejuvenating nature of North Georgia. We are looking forward to fishing, golfing, hiking and exploring nature as well as great restaurants.
