Welcome to The Porch-A located in Innsbruck's Sports Complex.
Enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Yonah from this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Innsbruck golf community. Just a short walk to the waterpark and 1 mile from downtown Helen, you'll have plenty of activities to enjoy. Relax on the outdoor furniture, and cozy up by the indoor fireplace (operating October 15-April 7). Free parking on the premises and a private entrance make this the perfect getaway.
For an extra treat, enjoy the golf course and pamper yourself in the Valhalla resort spa. Don't miss out on nearby attractions like Anna Ruby Falls, Unicoi State Park, and the Chattahoochee National Forest. The Porch-A is part of a 2 unit duplex and can both be booked for a larger group.

Please notice, a security camera is located ar the front porch overlooking the parking area. The neighborhood amenities are for residents only. Guests can use resort amenities towards a fee. This Unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed and the following breeds are restricted by the insurance company: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. ** We can sometimes accommodate early check in for an additional $50 fee.

Great location

Nice place to getaway while I attended a retreat. My husband and small dog were comfortable while I was away during the day. Loved it was close to the downtown area and convenient for him to take and pick me up daily. All the conveniences of home!

Highly Recommend!

My friend and I recently stayed here for a relaxing girls’ trip to Helen, GA. The owner is very nice, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. From day one of booking the trip, she kept me informed and communicated what to expect for our stay. The entire community is very welcoming, and everything was very clean. It’s very close to downtown Helen but tucked away making it a nice, quiet atmosphere, while still being easy to get to all the nearby attractions. There were many little extra touches that the owner did to make the stay beyond expectations, and I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Wonderful Relaxation

We had a fantastic relaxing long weekend at the Porch! The hosts were very quick to respond and they had a basket full of goodies for us upon arrival! The house was squeaky clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Our anniversary vacation was a success! Our fur baby enjoyed her stay, too! The Porch, and the town of Helen, are very dog-friendly! We would absolutely choose Helen and the Porch again!

Relaxing and Quiet

Awesome home! Maklen’s home was beautiful and immaculate! Although it is dog friendly, there was no odor or any trace of animal hair in her home which we appreciated as we suffer from allergies. Beds were very comfortable; size of the home was perfect. We kept busy all day but relaxed comfortably at night watching the Bear. Maklen was the best host, and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Our time there went way too fast. If we return to Helen, we will definitely stay here again….highly recommend!

Wonderfully Cozy with a Touch of Class

Our place was beautiful with lots of extra special touches that made our visit to Helen exceptional! The beds, with their beautiful pillows and linen were a cut above. We were able to use Netflix without logging into our home account. They provided both K-cup and ground coffee. And the little ‘if you forgot something’ care package was a super nice touch! By far a Five Star experience. Thank you!

Oktoberfest in Helen GA >Perfect

This amazing property is in a Goldilocks location to enjoy the Oktoberfest in Helen. Close enough to sneak in the back way to the festivities and avoid the main street traffic gridlock, but far enough away to have perfect silence in the cool night air. The two bedrooms, two baths full kitchen and gas fireplace made it a very 'homey' place for three nights.

Family Get Away

In December our mother was involved in a near fatal car accident. After 2 months of ICU and rehab she was able to return home. PERFECT STAY

Located in a quiet community. Host was available for any inquiries. The porch was clean amd well stocked. I usually rent a hotel. Never again. Perfect

Before our trip the communication was outstanding. The property itself was accurate to the pictures, it was clean and well kept. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils and dishes you could possibly need. There was plenty of space and the location is ideal. Incredibly close to town but also very secluded. The neighborhood was quiet and very secure. Truly could not have asked for a better rental and location. Will definitely plan to stay at this site again.

Much needed relaxing vacation

Everything was great from the time we walked in to the time we left. We stayed for three nights with our two Corgis. We visited the tourist part of Helen one day, went to the Hot Air Balloon Race one night, and also went to Anna Ruby Falls during our stay. The morning we were leaving, a hot air balloon was landed and deflated right in front of The Porch. Once in a lifetime experience! Maklen was a great host with fabulous communication.

We discovered Helen and the nearby area and fell in love with it. Our family loves the small town vibe, hiking the trails and the quaint shops and cafes. We kept coming back every several months, and look forward to spending more time exploring the Blue Ridge mountains and all North Georgia has to offer.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We dreamt of vacationing with our adult college children who can invite their friends along. This two unit duplex will give us all perfect privacy while still being together.
While quiet and peaceful, it is very close to the action, and a great base for exploring the rejuvenating nature of North Georgia. We are looking forward to fishing, golfing, hiking and exploring nature as well as great restaurants.

We fell in love with the peaceful view of Mount Yonah right from our back porch, and all the amazing amenities like the gated community, tennis courts and golf course, while still only a short walk to Helen.
