Excellent stay

Perfect little cabins better than most on the lake just the 2 there so it is quite and they are well furnished. No negatives here wish i could stay longer but will do that next time! Thanks guys!!

Awesome location overlooking the lake. Everything you need at the facility. Heat and AC works perfectly. Easy to get to.

Only pick this cabin if you want to share a bed.

This was one of the cleanest cabins I have stayed in on the lake. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple. The cabin is in a very convenient location to access the boat ramp at Concho Park. If it was not for the sleeping arrangements This would have been a great experience. My father and I were traveling together and based on the description given on the listing we expected two beds appropriate for two adults. The "futon" provided in the cabin is about 4' long with a solid board running down the middle where the hinge is located. This may be appropriate if you are traveling with kids but does not work for an adult. In my opinion the couch should not be counted as a bed. If you don't want to share a bed pick somewhere else to stay.

Great little cabin

This cabin was perfect for our 3 day trip. Great view and close to a couple boat ramps. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The only issues we had was the windows are the original shed windows which don’t seal well. Someone in the area was burning a fire and I smelled it all night because of the windows. A futon is not great for sleeping on in any condition, they just are not comfortable. This was not the exception. So I wouldn’t advertise it as a sleep sofa. It was fine for sitting. The area is nice with nice views and very close the the boat landing, so is a great location. Easy set up for charging the boat battery.

This was a cozy cabin and we loved staying here! So close to OH Ivie lake for a weekend getaway. It was our first time to this lake and really didn’t know what to expect. The property is minutes away from the Concho Marina where we found our favorite fishing hole to shoreline fish with success of catching several bass and nicely sized blue gill. We took a cooler with drinks and some food items since we researched the nearest grocery store to be 30 minutes out. There was a portable counter cook top available which made it easy to make a quick breakfast. And I need my morning coffee, so the one cup Keurig was perfect and greatly appreciated! Also the filtered water stand helped us fill up our water bottles for hydrating in these hot summer days. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and informative. We definitely will book here again in the future!

Simply Marvelous

Although the cabins are hard to find, once you find them you will not be disappointed. We stayed in cabin A. I am very picky when it comes to staying anywhere other than my own home. The cabin was very clean. Had a great front porch with a couple of chairs and could look out on the lake. I would recommend these cabins to anyone. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay their next time we decide to fish OH Ivie. Thanks again for a great place to stay..

Great location

If your going to fish this is the spot. Very great place very good price! Location is a walk from the boat ramp. Right on water. Locals are very friendly. My only suggestion is to make sure you have gas and necessities before arriving and the route we took was very desolate just make sure you dont getin a bind otger than that heck yes!

Peaceful

This stay was the perfect getaway for the husband and myself. The host was absolutely wonderful and even provided us with some fresh eggs. Very close to the boat ramp and I had my PB on a few times :)
