Welcome to Casa Serena -where you can spend relaxing days in the private heated saltwater pool/spa, attend tennis events or music festivals, relax at one of the nearby spas, golf at one of the nearby courses, or take in the gorgeous desert sunsets. The home is located in the newly built gated Signature at PGA West and a 2-minute walk from the famous Stadium course and Ernie’s Bar and Grill! No detail has been left untouched in this chic 1,924 sq ft featuring 3bd/2.5 bath home.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary Bedroom
Designer touches, sophistication and comfort reign in this primary suite that gives luxury hotel vibes. Suite includes a King size bed with luxury mattress and pillows, smart TV, stand/sit desk, automated shades, and a ceiling fan with pool/mountain views. Adjoining this room is a highly upgraded oversized en-suite bathroom that includes dual sinks, a separate walk-in shower and instant hot water . The primary suite offers direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is the perfect oasis for relaxation and offers a queen-sized bed with luxury mattress, a smart tv 43" and black out blinds and access to a shared bathroom with dual sinks and shower/bath combo.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has been designed to whisk you into serenity, with (2) Full sized beds with memory foam mattresses, black out blinds, an oversized closet and smart tv 43" and access to a shared bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/bath combo.


There is a queen air mattress available in the primary closet for additional sleeping in the bedrooms as well as a Pack ‘N Play in the hall closet.


KITCHEN:

This chef’s kitchen is prepared for you to cook- with all of the tools and supplies you will need to be comfortable and productive. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with waterfall quartz island and counters, undercabinet lighting and large ceramic sink. Unlike many other rentals, you will find there is empty cabinet space to store any food items that you bring in!


LIVING:

The living room is a wonderful place for you to wind down, watch the game or match or observe a dazzling sunset over the west facing mountains. There is ample seating for your family and a 65” Smart TV. This open concept floorplan unfolds to the dining room where you will find seating for 8 (with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter). The sideboard is stocked for family game night activities including puzzles, board games and playing cards. This home also features Alexa and can help with raising and lowering window shades, turning on the hot tub or pool lights or playing your favorite tune.


OUTSIDE:

The backyard in this home is why you come to La Quinta. It is a resort itself with beautiful views, colorful landscaping, and ample seating for your group. Dine alfresco under the covered patio featuring both misters and ceiling fans, or sit by the fire and unwind. The pool has lots of seating for lounging and a volleyball net if you are up for some friendly competition.


INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:

Your home is furnished with cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (Free Wi-Fi). Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), Keurig, toaster, blender, food processor, waffle maker, hand mixer and rice cooker.


KITCHEN:

Your home is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bakeware and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.)

HOUSE SUPPLIES:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.


OTHER ITEMS:

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)


LOCATION:

4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is 5 miles, with Costco, Target, Trader Joes, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-

Guests have access to the entire property. The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
You will also have access to the expansive community pool and fitness center with state-of-the art equipment.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)


WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.


DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.


CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 83 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.


WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.


CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.


DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

Well appointed property
The home is lovely and recently built. Everything is pretty well stocked with what you need. Modern conveniences and controls. TV easily allows for streaming. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels including pool towels. Everything clean and tidy in the house. The neighborhood is a little far from the downtown area but perfect for a golf outing and fairly close to Coachella music festival. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view of mountains in the backyard also very nice. Backyard fireplace was a nice place to sit. Pool is on the smaller side but well designed for a quick dip. Only issue we had was that the spa would not heat to temperature. It required resetting the app about every 5 minutes to heat it. Never got it past 99 degrees after much diligence - ok but not great and a little disappointing. Rules very strict understandably about heating pool and spa but app software seemed to be preventing it from happening at all. Other than that everything was lovely.

Great Stay in PGA West
House is exactly as advertised and is really well outfitted with everything you need. Pool with mountain views is amazing. Location is great for golfing, hiking and access to La Quinta (old town), Indian Wells for tennis, and the Polo Grounds. Communication with the owner was prompt and proactive. Definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again!

Beautiful Home!
Everything about this house was just perfect! This was the first time we rented a house vs hotel suites for our family of 5 and we could not have picked a better place! The house was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The pool and the spa was just perfect especially after golf. The owner also provided detailed instructions on how to use everything in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of condiments and cooking supplies. The property manager was also very responsive if you had any questions. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses nearby. We loved our stay and will definitely return!
