The Endless Summer surfing themed beach rental is located steps to the sand and surf in Mission Beach! Just cross the street and you're at the beach and one of the best surf spots in San Diego! This unit includes a garage for parking and is located above the garage so it's totally detached with no adjoining walls. We supply you with beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes for cruising the boardwalk! Outdoor shower for rinsing off. Ideally located next to the beach and 6 miles from the airport!

Our storefront rental office, Mission Beach Villas, is just a few blocks away, so if you need anything feel free to stop by! If you have an early flight, you may stow your luggage at our office so you can go to lunch or hang out on the beach until check-in time. And if you have an afternoon flight on checkout day you may also stow luggage. Just coordinate these details with us and we are happy to accommodate. Please note, we charge a small nominal fee for luggage storage.

The best thing about the neighborhood is that there is so much within walking distance that you may not need a car. You could just take a taxi from the airport (6 miles away), get dropped off here and you're at the beach! We have local restaurants, trendy beach bars, excellent coffee spots, and breakfasts cafes all within a few short blocks. Sea World is just 3 miles away.

The location is the best spot of all of Mission Beach. It is on the south side of Santa Clara Place (the only traffic light in North Mission Beach), which means a non commercial area. It is far enough (1 mile) north of the roller coaster area so it's very removed from the tourist noise. It is off of the main boulevard with friendly neighbors and a quiet homey atmosphere.

Recreational opportunities abound. This beach rental is a few minutes walking distance to Santa Clara point where there are numerous recreation activities and rentals available including: stand up paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, windsurfing, catamarans, sail boats, water ski boats, and even jet packs. There are group classes and private lessons available in all of these activities. What's more there are free yoga classes each day on the beach just two courts north.

It is equally centered between Belmont Park (the roller coaster area) and Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach, which are both 1 mile away, making this location accessible to the action if that's what you want.

There is a fantastic surf spot at the beach for beginner to advanced surfers and great for spectators as well. There are affordable surf lessons offered daily in the beach by our friends at Surfari Surf School. What's more, we can point you to all the best surf spots in San Diego County. And we have two world class board shapers who live on our block in case you want to get a new surf board while you are here.

We offer self-check in with a digital keypad to make your arrival as easy as possible.

Included with the rental is the use of 2 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. Plus there is a rental shop just a 3 minute walk away that rents surfboards, wetsuits, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, etc. They have very affordable rates, plus we give you a 15% discount on all the rentals they have to offer after booking with us.

Garage parking for compact to standard sized cars. Oversized vehicles will have to park on the street.

This fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment comes fully stocked with all the basics you can imagine. Once you land, start unpacking your suitcases and feel right at home. It is positioned in the ♡ of Mission Beach, a gorgeous beach community on a super narrow strip of land between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Walk in either direction (West or East) and you'll encounter pristine white beaches. Both sides have wide boardwalks for bicycling or walking. On the bay-side you'll enjoy a relaxing sail bay with a calm atmosphere, while on the ocean-side you'll enjoy ocean waves for surfing and a lively beach scene. Either way, you'll call it paradise. We simply call it home!

This upstairs apartment is completely detached and over the garage. It gets plenty of light and good air flow with the windows open. Additionally, it is supplied with a window AC unit, which is useful for the hot summer months.

There is a queen size bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.

The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. We supply you with all the cooking pans, dishes, and utensils you might need. There are the usual kitchen gadgets such as bottle openers and cork screws.

The flatscreen TV is equipped with Roku which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and many other channel options available with your login credentials.

Remote working or remote learning couldn't be easier. We offer high speed cable WIFI, a small desk and charging cubes to keep you plugged in.

The vacation rental comes supplied with all the basics you'd expect at any hotel like a hair dryer and iron. Plus you have a kitchen and living room to enjoy. We think of everything you might need and even stock you with beach towels so you don't need to pack those in your suitcase. If you choose not to bring a car you will be totally fine here! Many guests come without a car and all have gotten around quite easily! The beach is a 2-minute walk away with restaurants, shops, and convenience stores all within walking distance.

It is less than a 10-15 minute walk to Belmont Park where there is a giant roller coaster, rides, restaurants, bars, and shops.

Uber/Lyft options are readily available for local transport at an affordable rate. If you've never used this service before download the phone app and you may find a discount code for first-time riders online.

There is also a bus stop a few yards away that travels down Mission Blvd and will take you to Old Town in minutes. At Old Town there is a major transportation hub where you can transfer to any other bus line or transfer to the Trolley (San Diego's metro line) which will take you downtown.

Car Rental vs. Uber - The cost to Uber to downtown is way less expensive then to rent a daily car then pay $30+ to park not to mention spend 15+ minutes trying to find that parking spot which usually winds up being a 5 to 10 minute walk from your downtown destination. Uber usually cost $15 each way which of course will drop you off right in front.

Riding bikes along the boardwalk is usually the most scenic way to get around and take in the atmosphere. We supply communal bikes for the guests in our complex. We ask that you not take out more than 2 bikes at a time to leave bikes for the other guests. Should you need additional bikes there is a bike rental shop nearby that gives our guests a discount. They also rent surfboards, wetsuits, standup paddle boards and a lot of other fun beach equipment.
