Cute apartment in a great location

Overall we had a short but great stay. If you are a tv person there's only one in the living room. The unit has a screened in balcony which was really nice. We had a few hiccups but I'm hopeful that management has addressed them for any future guests. Nice place with great potential.

Beautiful and Amazing Property

It was amazing, everything was nice and neat, the owner had everything laid out that we possibly needed,giving us details about traffic when and when not to travel because of heavy traffic, details of restaurants that was near us. Whenever we travel to Savannah again we will definitely be contacting Matthew..

Great 2 bed 2ba in quiet, convenient location with a pool

Rented for a long weekend trip with my boyfriend and 2 teen kids. The location was awesome for getting to and from quickly to downtown and to all the courses we came to play. Nice beds, clean bathrooms, lovely patio and close to the pool area ( with the best cabana. style loungers)!!! Only upgrade recommendations would be the dryer unit in condo, it took a few cycles to fully dry the loss! Thanks Matthew for letting us enjoy your space! We will be back!

The space was perfect for me and my husband.Pros: very clean and comfortable. Not far from downtown Savannah or Pooler. Communication with owner A1, Con’s: Not many restaurants, the apartment is on the 3rd floor. If you have physical issues think twice . Overall I would book again!

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor with a view

Very clean and cozy. There’s a nice Bluetooth sound bar and fancy bathrooms. Beds are all comfortable with lots of floor space. They had an air mattress that doesn’t hold air and they could use another cooking pan in the kitchen.

Excellent Stay

We loved staying at this property. Matthew the owner has been great and has made sure our stay was fantastic. We loved the apartment. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities. I would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone and we would stay here again when we are in Savannah.

Wonderful Apartment

The place was just as described in the listing, and very clean and neat . Plenty of places to eat nearby, but a nice kitchen to do our own cooking as well. Only about a 15 minute drive from the airport.

So relaxing, so peaceful

The complex is beautiful, the condo, beautiful as well! So peaceful and quiet. Although it was to cool to swim, the pool area was very nice and the rec center was a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this condo and the owner was very nice and easy to work with.

We will be back…

This place was VERy clean and beautifully decorated with a great atmosphere. It was close to downtown or the arena if you wanted to get out and enjoy Savannah. It was also perfect if you wanted to hang at out at the pool or chill on the back patio. Will recommend to anyone traveling to Savannah!

Nice, quiet stay 10 min from downtown Savannah.

We had a great stay at this luxury apartment overlooking a pond with a fountain. We have three little ones, and wanted to have easy access to downtown without having to deal with the late night noise. We had a busy days and quiet evenings with this booking. The property manager was very helpful and responsive!

Quick trip to Savannah

Nice condo outside Savannah. Very clean and sufficient for our quick getaway. Could use more living room seating. Comfortable and convenient. Not within walking distance to downtown, but plenty of Uber/Lyft options. Gated community, but gate was open entire stay. Nice to have parking included.

We never used Vrbo before. The apartment fit us perfectly. It was easy to find, easily accessible and close to downtown Savannah. Exactly what we wanted and as described in the listing. Our host Matthew Tregoning was wonderful. He was in contact with us throughout our whole stay. Vrbo is definitely the way to go.

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was so nice and just as beautiful and clean as the pictures! The host, Matthew, was very attentive and left all instructions and even some suggestions of places to see/eat/visit. The complex is very close to the airport and easy to get to too. My boyfriend and I rented a car and it’s only about a 10min drive into downtown Savannah! When coming back with the car it was easy to grab a spot right by the front when coming back. Clubhouse was really nice as well as the pool; only downfall was that the pool was a bit chilly and it wasn’t quite warm enough to swim. Overall it’s safe to say I would definitely book here again!!
