The space
Walk in to amazing direct views of the ocean throughout the entire unit! Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. The granite bar is set up with 4 bar height stools for dining. The kitchen is set up to cook for the entire family with stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, and traditional drip style coffeemaker. Who doesn't love their morning coffee overlooking the sparkling water?? The living area includes a smart TV, DVD player, and several games to choose from. The LazyBoy sofa converts to a queen bed overlooking the ocean! The Master bedroom hosts a queen bed, plenty of storage space, and a full ensuite bathroom with towels/washcloths/shampoo/soap provided by the host. The bunk alcove includes two child/teen-sized bunks directly across from the second full bathroom with large shower/tub combo.
In addition to enjoying the sand and the surf, there are several amenities on the property to enjoy. The outdoor pool extends indoors and is heated during the winter months. There is an outdoor shower to shake off the sand and a grilling area on the lawn adjacent to the complex.
Tradewinds is directly across from Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade and in walking distance to several restaurants. Tradewinds is 3 miles to The Wharf, a unique collection of shops, restaurants, and activities that you are sure to enjoy. Orange Beach is known for it's family friendly and laid back atmosphere. From golf, live music, parasailing, dolphin cruises, hiking nature trails, to shopping- there is something for everyone!
Other things to note
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Primary renter must be 25 years or older and staying in the unit for the entirety of the stay. Strictly enforced.
PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit per stay. One (1) parking pass will be provided at check-in. If you need an additional parking pass, please notify host at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The host will then provide instruction on how to obtain/purchase a second pass upon arrival. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on property.

CHECK IN is after 4pm. Early check ins are not permitted to ensure adequate time to have your unit fresh and clean!
CHECK OUT is 10am. Late checkouts are not allowed.
