You will be amazed that such a private property with a beautiful lawn, large deck, tree swing and creek frontage can be so convenient to literally everything. With in 10 minutes is the Dimond Center Mall, Costco, Target, Taku Park and Lake, Campbell Creek Trail, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Ted Stevens International Airport is less than 15 minutes away.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and set up with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

There is an office with a desk and printer if you need to get some work done during your stay.

The kitchen is bright, and the bar seats three so people can keep you company while you cook.

Lovely home but loud neighbors on Friday night

The home was nice and convenient to everything. We went to sleep at 11 pm but were woken up at 3:30 am by very loud talking in the neighbors back yard. I finally got up and went out on the deck at 4:30 am and they quieted down.

Great stay in Anchorage

The house was great and our stay was wonderful, my only concern was that there were towels and glasses for four and we had six people. I would still recommend this place for anyone who visits Anchorage.

Nice home

We had a very comfortable six night stay in this home. The house itself was clean (except for something that appeared to be melted to the bottom of the oven) and comfortable. I would have appreciated if the listing would have specified that there was no master bathroom and both bathrooms are shared. We did need to empty the dishwasher upon arrival, which was a little frustrating. Besides that, we did enjoy our stay here.

Lovely backyard

Very nice, clean home. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful back yard and sauna. There’s a creek that runs through the back yard and a lovely garden. Would certainly book again!

Overnight stay

We only stayed one night, but the property was very clean and spacious. Beds, couches, etc. were comfortable. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet, but wasn't far from downtown. After a full day of travelling, when we arrived we were looking forward to relaxing for a bit in the hot tub listed on the amenities, but it had been drained and was unplugged, so that was disappointing, but not a huge deal. Overall great place to stay!

SECURITY CAMERA IN UNIT / NO HOT TUB

This was horrible!! There is a security camera bolted to the wall in the living room, the hot tub was empty and frozen with inches of standing ice (ruined). It is a town house (not a single family house) and the jacuzzi is gross and old.. I could not get it to hold water, we left after we saw the camera, about an hour after check in.. worst experience EVER!

Great place convenient location

Clean and comfortable place. Would stay here again. The hot tub was great to soak in after a long day of sitting on the bleachers at my daughter’s wrestling tournament.

Comfortable beds in a working class neighborhood

We only stayed overnight but the property seemed comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were great! The closets in the two lower level bedrooms were HUGE...you could easily put a kids bed in each of them and still had a ton of space. The laundry room was VERY warm and made the bedroom that housed that access a bit warm as well. Loved the Jacuzzi on the back porch even if we didn't have time to try it out. The back yard was charming, with a stream running through it. We were concerned on arrival when we noticed the significant damage to the wall by the front door. It looked like someone had backed into it with a car. While there was a table in front of it to mask the damage, it was even more apparent when you opened the front door and entered the home. We were concerned about the integrity of the wall and safety at that point. We understand that things can happen, but I would have appreciated a heads-up about that issue prior to our arrival. Our only other concern was the surveillance camera located in the living room facing the kitchen. We felt violated by having this camera inside the house. Overall, it is a nice property and the location was near the places we needed to be.

Steve and I have lived in Alaska all our lives. We've raised 5 kids and they all live here with their spouses and their own kids. We love Alaska! The mountains, ocean and lakes call to us to come play all the time.

We fell in love with the creek, huge private lawn and big deck with the hot tub. It's a beautiful oasis in the heart of Anchorage. We also love it that Tau Lake and Campbell Creek are so close.

This property is very well laid our and so relaxing. Sit on the back deck with your coffee and a book and loose yourself in the babbling of the creek and the birds singing in the trees.
