Property was as described. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Close to the waterfront, ferry, parks. Really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice house and great yard

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance of an espresso stand with baked goodies. We really enjoyed staying there and the house was well stocked for all our needs.

Excellent home and property management

This home was perfect for us as we gathered to attend our daughter's wedding. Lots of space, great location, lovely home. A real test of customer service is how well a problem is addressed, and Adam went above and beyond in this area. He responded to an email on a Thursday evening, and kept responding until the issue was resolved. Being willing to be that attentive, especially during the evening hours, seems rare these days. We would definitely rent from this company again, and we will definitely rent this particular home again if we need to stay in West Seattle.

Nicely updated 1941 residence.

This house worked well for our extended family and 2 dogs. Fully fenced yard, well-appointed kitchen, and renovated bathrooms, in a nice residential neighborhood. Only drawback was smoke-filled air from distant wildfires. The portable AC units require venting through an open window, so we did not use them.

Beautiful home

This house was really nice and would be great for a family stay. Pet friendly and my little dog was very happy in the fully fenced back yard. Nice neighborhood, very safe. The only problem I had was getting into the property. Arrived at dark and there were multiple gates. Fence is wooden so was a bit sticky and I didn't want to push or pull too hard to get in, not knowing exactly how it worked. Property manager was responsive to helping me get in but it took some time as they were not familiar with the set up. Instructions on which gate to use (front gate) and how to open in (pull down on wire and push gate inward: sometimes sticks a bit) would have been helpful for arrival.
