The Dunes is a gated condo complex with deeded beach access in the quiet part of Fort Morgan & Gulf Shores. The beach access is limited to two condo complexes and a small pocket of homes. This offers longs stretches of beach to enjoy with lots of privacy. From the condo, it is a two to three minute walk to the beach. The complex also includes an indoor pool with a hot tub, outdoor pool, and exercise room.

Dunes #405 is a one-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms that also includes a bunk bed alcove. In addition, there is a new sleeper sofa in the living allowing for up to 6 guests. There is a fully functional kitchen with all of the appliances, cookware and utensils needed to meet your cooking needs. The televisions in the living room and bedroom are smart TVs with a Roku device that includes YouTube TV, NetFlix, Hulu and DisneyPlus programming. There is also high-speed internet in the unit.

The Dunes is located near the Fort Morgan historic site and the ferry stop to Dauphin Island. Also, nearby is the popular Tacky Jack’s restaurant, Fort Morgan Marina, and several great golf courses.

Rentals are available with a two-day minimum to weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or longer.

Exceptional stay

Our unit was very neat, it had lovely, beachy decor and the beds were comfortable especially the bunks. We played the board games and had use of the beach accessories like the boogie and skim board. The host was very responsive.

A Perfect Getaway

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful! The condo was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. From laundry soap and toiletries to a full set of pots and pans, it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered.The location was peaceful and relaxing, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Great Beach Trip

The property was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend stopping for all your grocery needs on the way there because it’s about a 30 minute trip back to any major stores.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Property Manager was extremely nice and made sure our stay was going well. The drive to and from the property was a bit much for me but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Family Beach Vacation

Condo was everything it said it would be! Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, updated with plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised with all the beach items at the condo that we were able to use. The beach was easy to get to. Most of all enjoyed the views from the balcony as well as the beach. The less crowded beach was a huge bonus! We would definitely return again and recommend to others.

Great Condo

We had a great stay! Condo was very nice and clean, perfect for us and our 2 kids. The chair in the living room was perfect for us to rock our baby to sleep in! The walk to the beach was short. Brain was great at letting us know things and messaging to check it. We will definitely try to stay here again next time!

Great Trip

Great location and away from all the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and nicely laid out. Brian was an excellent host and extremely accommodating to my family. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice place

Everything was great and as advertised. Host was very good with communication. We stayed during a double red flag on the beach with high water and high rip tides. Could not actually swim but the walks on the beaches were very nice and uncrowded. Lots of other activities nearby and a short drive to Gulf Shores if needed. Very nice place. 5 stars

Great condo,everything was as stated in ad.Brian checked in with me beforehand and middle of week even thouh we didn't have any Issues.Pool is great and beach was about a 5 min walk,well worth it being its not crowded,,overall awesome experience and the kids were asking to come back even before we left!

Spring Break with my girls!

My daughter, two granddaughters (2 and 5 years old) and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. It was a great little trip, and the condo was just right for us. I had a couple questions, and Brian was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was very well equipped and had everything we needed. And the beds were so comfy! 😊

Brian and Kathy recently purchased this unit (December 2022). We live in the Nashville, TN area and plan to visit the property several times a year, but look forward to providing a great guest experience when not there. We have owned another property for several years in Bradenton, FL. We make ourselves available to our guests to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation/stay from the moment of booking to post departure.

The Dunes condo has all of the amenities you could ask for - indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and a workout room. The walk to the beach is three to four minutes.

In addition, we take a lot of pride and make the effort in keeping our unit updated and clean.
