4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath La Jolla Village Condo with community Pool, Reserved parking space, Garage and Tennis!
Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Right in the heart of La Jolla UTC. Only .5 mile walk to UTC mall- full of trendy restaurants and shops! Only 1.5 miles from world renowned UC San Diego. And of course… 3 miles to the beach! This large unit is in a quiet and and well kept condo group! You will love it!
The space
This spacious condo with vaulted ceilings is beaming with light and character. There are 3 levels (shown in picture of condo plans) which provides a lot of areas and living spaces for guests to use.
Guests have full access to the entire unit. The 2 car garage stores owner's car allowing one guest car to park inside the garage. An additional parking permit is provided for a space close by within the condominium complex.
Other things to note
The complex is clean and beautiful. Neighbors are very respectful of each other with regards to noise, parking spaces, and garbage. Please contribute to this awesome community with the similar respect.

We ask that you find that wonderful balance between having a great time and respect for the other guests. We appreciate everyone contributing to the peaceful ambiance of the property, please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Please do not burn candles in the apartment to ensure your safety and the safety of the property.

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
• Minimum age of each guest 24 years unless accompanied by their parent / guardian if using instant book. (if under 24 please inquire first)
• No smoking is allowed at any of our properties
• Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
*No Parties at any Time – a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by Southern California Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date. Fines will be charged for any guests who cause more than one noise complaint, or to any guest who's behavior incurs a fine from the City due to breaking noise disturbance rules per the city code.
• Check-in is at or after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
No Pets, Pets are Considered at most of our other properties, Sorry No Pets at this one.
For long term stays of 30 days or more, we require each adult occupant to pass a rental application that checks credit, criminal background and rent history. The cost of application processing is $45 per applicant.
Short term guests are encouraged to get a Po Box as we do not accept mail at this property unless a rental application has been passed first. Packages from Amazon and other stores are not affected by this.
Vacation Rental Agreement will be emailed to you, your digital signature and initials are required before receiving access code at check in. Your access code and instructions will be emailed to you 7 days before check in once your rental agreement has been e signed and submitted.
The Cleaning fee is charged to help cover the cost and time of Laundering bedding and towels which are provided clean for each guest. Professional cleaning of 8 man hours is also provided in this fee. Excessive dirtiness may require more than 8 man hours to bring the house back to the level of cleanliness it was provided for guests' arrival, this will be charged to the guest out of the deposit if more than 8 man hours of cleaning is necessary to return it to the level of cleanliness it was in for guests' arrival. Please empty your bagged trash into the outside black and blue (for recycling) cans. Only dispose of bagged trash in cans, and wash and put away dishes before checkout.
