The two shared bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Residence amenities include a dedicated ski locker right outside the front door.

Ski Trail Condominiums feature a community hot tub, two outdoor grills, and one dedicated parking space and a laundry room accessible on the side of the building when entering the parking lot. In winter months, Retreatia guests have access to the on-call, complimentary shuttle service. The free city bus stop is a short walk away.
