Spacious and bright, suit area ,(one big space with sofa, coffe table, lanai) has no real kitchen, but you can cook in the Microwave, toast oven, and also has a small, refrigerator, hotel type.
Is totally independent from the big house and you also can enjoy the lot about 5,500 sq. Ft, with views of the water from the room. nice and Lanai, private dock, close to many places of interest but in the middle of a residential area. green areas and birds give us peace and harmony.

Upon entering this place, you with views beyond the screened in, paved Lanai out to the lake surrounding 148' of waterfrontage along with the dock. Mature tropical landscaping along the sides of the house provides privacy and serenity as you enjoy watching the birds and wild life along with the beautiful sunsets from this incredible Lanai. . French doors/glass out to this awesome Lanai and magnificent water views! Look out at the water view waking up in bed through French doors from your GENEROUSE BEDROOM, with Ensuite, (updated tiled bathroom with shower stall) and walk in closet.

this property has the most beautiful water front view, sunsets in the afternoon, sunrices in the morning. The births coming , the fresch brise just in front of you. have the perfect mix betwen tranquility and proximity to everything you need . From here to the next beach by car takes 5 minutes, You can take the padelle boat in the afternoon to have your own sunset cruise and in the morning to fish.

It's a paradise. You wake up with a view of the lake no matter in which room or place in the house you slept, at the end of the day the sunset on the horizon has the best moments and views over the lake, and the moon appears while the sun goes down. Wild birds visit us every day because of the proximity to the National Forest Reserve, less than a couple of kilometers away. You can make your own private sunset cruise or go fishing on the boat that can be used by guests. On the dock you can breathe the purest air and feel the movement of the water of the Intercostal. Minutes from local entertainment and exciting activities of the Florida Gulf like comfortable trips to Anclote Keys, Pinellas parks, night out at Tarpon Springs Greeks Sponge Docks with restaurants, markets ,Charter Boat fishing and other activities . Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, and Sunset Beach are all close as well.
