I would not recommend !

House was very over priced, under the bed of one of the rooms there was a bunch of trash and clothes pushed under the bed , the pool was dirty , the gate was very hard to open , there were closets full of clothes and dressers full of clothes and personal belongings where we were not able to put our things up. Bad smell in bottom master room, The WiFi was not working so we weren’t able to watch anything in the theater room, honestly did not like they but had no choice but to settle, we were in town for a family reunion and wanted to impress the kids but they stayed the home was very out of date with inside look and furniture very very overpriced!

Good bones…needs some TLC!

Upside: Space was nice for a large family…as far as rooms and backyard space. There was plenty of room for our gathering. Great location for Plano/Frisco area. Host/owner was responsive to questions and helpful. Downside: We were disappointed when we walked in. The home was not clean and did not smell good. We had to go get air fresheners and cleaning products. We had to clean the glass tops on the tables, wipe down the kitchen countertops, windows to pool area were so dirty. Most bathrooms only had two bath towels. Carpets were dirty. Several appliances were not working properly, including a leaking clothes washer. Fish tank in living room was dirty and we just felt bad for the lone survivor in there. Outside, many of the trees and plants were dead. No chairs around the pool. Water was super cold. Half of the gate was broken to access side driveway. Did not look as good as the pictures. Overall, this place has good bones, but needs some updates, upkeep, and TLC.

Overall was a great staycation

We had issues checking in but Ammar made sure we got in through the side door. Upon pulling into the driveway the neighbor took pictures of us and our cars which made us feel uncomfortable. However, the overall stay was awesome and Ammar was great at communicating with us. We had issues with the gate but he let me know how to manually open up one side and Ammar right when I requested it had to have the service company come clean the pool. The house itself was nice and very accommodating for my family we enjoyed our stay and our daughter enjoyed being in a mansion lol.

Barely Liveable

We were welcomed by roads we could barely get through with construction. As we pulled into the driveway there was shattered glass from pathway lights strewn about. We got to the gate and tried to get in. We could not they were broken and never fixed. This is how the whole trip went. No hand towels, paper towels and dirty furniture. One of the cupboards that has no lock had dirty underwear and pajamas. Pillowcases were sown together so they could never be changed. The entry chandelier flickered so bad you had to turn it off. Package from Amazon delivered during our stay. Furniture covered by couch covers. Pool broken. Broken RV in the driveway and someone’s car. The house is a shell with the bare minimum furniture to call it rentable. For the money we paid for this it was not worth it. We would not rent this again.
