The Endless Summer Condos are located right on Front Beach Road, with Public Beach Access #70 about 500 feet from your front door. When you're not surfing and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, you'll have access to two pools, a hot tub, a sundeck, shuffleboard courts, and a picnic area with a gas grill on the grounds. Pier Park, Gulf World, and Frank Brown Park are all within a three-mile drive as well.

The wonderful ground-floor setting of this condo allows you to slide open your glass patio doors, sip your first cup of coffee at the edge of the lawn, and sit down for breakfast outside in the fragrant gulf breeze.

The interior living space has been thoughtfully updated, offering lovely furnishings, pops of color throughout, and every comfort of home (including central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer). Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a light-filled living room with a TV offering both cable and streaming capability. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
