Der perfekte Ort für Familien und Gruppen Beisammensein sowie eine romantische Paare Rückzug.

Dieses moderne Haus lädt zum Entspannen und genießen Sie Aussicht auf das Wasser der Schifffahrtswege, Orcas Island und die Meerenge von Georgia. Das Haus ist mit Malereien und Schnitzereien von den Eigentümern und anderen Inselbewohner eingerichtet und erfasst die vielfältigen Stil von Lummi Island in der San Juan Island Archipels.

Das Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer sind ein offener Grundkonzept mit großen Teppichen auf Hartholzböden die Schaffung eines großzügiges Raumgefühl mit Fokus auf den Blick durch den Ozean ausgerichtete Fenster und Glasschiebereglern.

Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 8 und die Tabelle erweitert, um Platz 12.

Alle Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Master en-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Gartenzimmer mit einem Paar von zwei Einzelbetten. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafzimmer sowie 3 Einzelbetten im Obergeschoss Spielzimmer gefunden.

ROLLSTUHL ZUGÄNGLICH - Es gibt eine Rampe bauen wir auf dem vorderen Eingang, die Rollstuhlfahrer im Erdgeschoss erlaubt. Entweder Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss eignet. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einige Besonderheiten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich.

Außerhalb der umliegenden Verbunddeck ist mit Glaseinsatz ermöglicht Genuss der Aussicht und blockiert kühle Meeresbrise konfrontiert. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Liegestühlen und Tischen. Der Hof ist mit üppigen Rhododendren und andere Stauden gepflanzt.

Zugang zum Strand: Auf der Rasen vor dem Haus führt eine Treppe zu einem Strand-Deck und dem Strand. 99% der Strand auf Lummi Island ist nur über den Zugriff eines gebietsansässigen privaten und zugänglich. Bei Ebbe kann man leicht zu Fuß den Strand für eine Meile oder mehr in beide Richtungen. Der Strand ist fantastisch für das Sehen Seesterne, Fischen schwimmt, Achate, Treibholz, Seeotter, Adler, Meer Glas, Muscheln und eine gelegentliche Orca.

This property has absolutely stunning views and beautiful landscaping. It is a bit of a descent to the beach but well worth it. This was the cleanest beach I have ever visited. The home is well appointed and quite comfy.

Bald Eagles!

We had two families stay here together and everyone loved it. We watched bald eagles pull fish out of the Sound behind the house and had seals popping their heads out of the water while we were playing with crabs at low tide. Clean, well appointed, incredible views. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is our second year coming to stay at this lovely beach front house. The kids spend hours playing with crabs at the beach, and the loft playroom is a great place for them to hang out. We love this new tradition!

Family Gathering

This is such a glorious place to stay with family. Plenty of space for privacy and plenty of space for gathering together. We had people from across the country as well as from the state of of Washington and we had 4 generations of people from an 18 month old, up to baby's great grandpa 89 years old. We had a wonderful time with the great kitchen, the spectacular view and high class comfort of the home. Will be back to share the treasures of Lummi island and the home with our family again. Great Family Get-away

We had our elderly parents with us along with siblings, spouses and grandchildren. - Plenty of room, very spacious. - Easy checkin. - Lots of deck and backyard space and ocean view from all but 1 bedroom. - Master bedroom with on suite bathroom was senior friendly. Perfect for elderly parents. - Other than the BBQ, place was very clean and tidy. - Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of dishes, pans, pots and lot more!! - Host was very responsive. BBQ had no gas. Messaged owner and got a full gas tank within 15m. Entire family was very pleased with our stay.

The most enjoyable weekend with friends

The gorgeous pictures of this property on the listing site do not do it justice. It was absolutely breathtaking when we arrived. The house was immaculate and the views were stunning. Thank you to John who greeted us at the front door when we arrived. The house was extremely comfortable for 8 of us. The huge kitchen made it fun for all to gather around while preparing meals. The water view is stunning!

The pictures of the backyard pics don't do it justice, it's exceedingly better than the pictures online. Beds are comfy, lots of blankets and bathroom well stocked with essentials. Besides some cereal found on ground & moldy bread found in drawer it was clean. The wifi/internet was not working but found an older password in a dated welcome book & that worked. Owner even came by to take a look at the issue as we did have people in our group who had to work & needed a working wifi. Not sure if the issue was resolved or not. Sleeps 11 but we had plenty of room with the 8 staying. The deck, the backyard grass/landscape and the water/beach access really made the property stand out. It was a beautiful view. I would add to their ammenties good sized grassed back lawn and that it's a traditional coffee pot and not a Keurig. Also, where the beach towels are located would be helpful as they were not in the spot noted. It was a pricey place but the beach access, views, deck & backyard made up for it.

Reunion and Reconnecting

This is a splendid home nestled on the shores of Lummi Island. It is exquisitely well appointed with lovely kitchen cooking space, top of the line appliances, Barbecue on the deck, patio furniture with capacity to gather all around the table. On the walls are very well done paintings of many destinations in the world celebrating diversity and grace of human connections. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for grown up relatives and they even had portable baby crib for napping for our 7 month old grand son who came for picnic on the deck with all his aunts and uncles and grandparents accompanied by his parents on Saturday. We saw eagles, seals, hawks, deer, and heard many birds singing in the morning light. Some of our party hiked the island and discovered much of the flora and fauna around Lummi Island. It was a pure gift to be able to gather for our reunion and reconnection of family from Arizona, California, Nebraska and Seattle. THANK YOU!!

Comfortable Elegance in an Extraordinary Setting

I was on the island with my daughter and her husband as well as my sister, my niece, and my nephew. for my son’s wedding. We also had my daughter’s children—(6 and 9) and my niece’s children (5 and 8). We immediately felt at home and had everything we needed. All ten of us had comfortable beds and plenty of space. The setting is lovely and the house is beautifully maintained. It was hard to leave, but I will carry it with me for a long time.
