• Noise Ordinance
Asheville Roundhouse is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
• Smoking Prohibited. Please note, smoking is not allowed at Asheville Roundhouse. Guests are prohibited from smoking both on the interior and exterior of the property, and this rule is strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding.
• Road Delays: Due to damages from Hurricane Helene, guests visiting Asheville Roundhouse may encounter road delays when traveling to and from the home. Please reach out to us if you have any questions and thank you.
